३४ वा सप्ताह गर्भावस्था का महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है | इस हफ्ते के बाद expected date of delivery में सिर्फ 6 हफ्ते बचे है | ये ३४ वे सप्ताह से नाभि में सेंसिटिविटी बढ़ जाती है तो आपको इस समय नाभि पे बैंडेज - या पट्टी लगनी चाहिए | इस सप्ताह से डॉक्टर को शिशु की ग्रोथ काम लगे तो आपको बार बार सोनोग्राफी की भी सलाह दे सकते है |
Doppler अल्ट्रासाउंड की भी सलाह डॉक्टर आपको देंगे | साथ ही साथ आपको लेबर रूम टूर की भी जानकारी लेने की सलाह डॉक्टर सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में देती है | इस वीडियो में डॉक्टर आपको डिलीवरी के स्टेजेस के बारे में भी बताती है और हीमोग्लोबिन के महत्व के बारे में भी जानकारी देती है साथ ही साथ ब्लड प्रेशर नापने की मशीन भी आपके साथ रखने की सलाह देती है |
