@@PRHILL9696 Terrifier 2 is better in every way. There isn’t anything in the first one that comes close to as good as the new one. The new one has better characters and acting, better kills, an actual story with lots more set up for the next one, better score, and more. The first one was ok, the second one is great. And the final girl is one of the best in modern horror.
Like most of european I discovered Damien Leon's univers by Terrifier 2, but the first one is so pure. I loved Terrifier 2, but became fan after watching Terrifer.
Where are you located? I know its opening up in a few more countries soon. Id recommend if you can seeing it in theaters or buying on physical media for these guys that spent like a quarter mil (practically nothing in movie terms), to bring such a new classic to everyone! Saw it twice in theaters and will buy it on blu when its out because i want more movies like this!!! Thank you for your time
This franchise and the people involved mean so much to me. I just got engaged during the terrifier three group photo op at Monster Mania last weekend. I had to include these guys, just because of what they are doing for the horror genre and just how much it means to see something so fresh and original.

I think the reason the audience was so quiet is because both Damien and Dave gave us more than expected. Haven't heard a panel where they just gave us so much information. No question when practically all the details are answered. It's so neat to hear that.
He did it! If hollywood suits (real life creeps) give him the opportunity, he put in the grave, Jack Nicholson, Heath Ledger and Joaquin Phoenix interpretations.
The bit in the first one where he pulls out the gun, totally didn't expect that. and then when he gets pissed off as he didn't shoot her enough as he ran out of ammo:) pure horror gold!
This guy could create his own cinematic universe. All Hallow's Eve (1 & 2), Frankenstein vs. The Mummy, Terrifier (1 & 2)...I always wished we had a slasher movie shared universe.
For me, I'm not so keen on the hardcore sadism and gore - just personal preference, but I still really liked Terrifier, especially 2. Largely because of the performance. Art is a new icon, but that for me is because of the acting of the man in the suit. I actually think I prefer it to Robert England as Kruger, no shade to England. A certain look that he does when he indicates he's about to kill, waving a knife exactly as if he's excited to give someone a present. It's like the character is a genuine clown, but somewhere along the way he confused joy with pain. It's like he's just trying to spread joy but he does so through suffering. Completely magnetic and mesmerizing.
I'll be 50 in 2wks and I love horror!! But art the clown is my favorite slasher of all time. It's literally my screen saver on my fone!! Great job boys

Paul Wiley did such an amazing job with the score. Boy harsher, the midnight as well. The audio in these movies are just as good as the visuals.
