I actually found the Tectal cheaper than the Axion in one retailer, for some reason they got a nice deal on it, for almost half off. So I ordered one today. So look around first for best deal before you buy. Another nice thing about these helmets is the strap design, it will fit more people, and not rub behind the ear, which was an issue on Sweet Protection Ripper MIPS I tried on in my local store. This is one of the reasons I think I will go for a Poc Helmet. But I wish they had insect/debris mesh to prevent insects, leafs and what have you getting in. But I might buy one just for city riding to the shops. As my Full Face is overkill. And I'm careful in traffic anyway.
The circumference of my head is 58cm, which tales me up to the edge of size M according to the manufacturer. Should I buy a L because of MIPS and other padding? Thanks in advance
I haven't tried POC but I have a few MIPS helmets and wear a 4x to 5x hat - how big can your head possibly be? I wanted to order a Kortal race but guess I have to try to find one somewhere to try seeing your reviews.

The Axion has smaller shell less protection. The mips is just a plastic sheet inside, if you have a big head mips can not work good.

That video came out when they were new. Size large only then since I have seen larger. MIPS is annoying the pic version is much more comfortable

Under the visor on a sticky plate. If camera is to big on top. I use the cheat mount footage looks better lower the camera is.

Why would you not want MIPS? There are really cheap helmets with MIPS, so this won't add much cost by that logic.Seen cheaper helmets than these.
