hey guys i mind another florieo tutorial because ive noticed you
liked the first one.
so here ill be teaching how to hand spin. you need to be able to do some prerequisit beacuse it is not a simple move.
the most important thing to know is that the biggest obstacle is the au de coluna turn if you mange to get over that one the next obstacle might be keeping your self balanced and stabled.

Do a front gainer into a piao de mao followed by a meia lua de compasso into an armada dupla followed by an au sem mao with a twist.

yo man do you think the macaco will help gain confidence for this move, as you mentioned the turning part is definintely scary. What if we did the initial whip into the macaco as a prerequisite
