The saddest part is that poor man went to several doctors that turned him away and wouldn't remove it and as it got larger he was trying to find somebody to help him but nobody could until he got to this doctor! That's a damn shame!

Agree! This poor guy lived with that for 20 years!!! And Dr. Mudgil took care of it in no time!!! What a shame this man didn't meet Dr. Mudgil sooner. That's no way to live. Having said that that's one of the coolest extractions I've ever seen!!!

That was one big/hard cyst. It was just over way too quick, but you did a great job.

It would have been so nice to see the actual contents inside of that cyst/sac. Maybe next time you could cut the sac open once you have it removed & the patient is taken care of!!! Overall though, it was still a good one!
The contents of the cyst are what you see emanating around 0.22 ... that's the keratin within the sac of the cyst that's being expressed.

Great video Dr. Mudgil. I love your work. Than you for sharing. Also thanks to the patient that allowed the filming of this video. One question, the cyst was very big. It has stretched his skin out over time. After the video was turned off, did you remove any of the extra skin?
Cassandra Waller Great question! You’d be surprised how well the skin came back together! Only a minute strip needed to be trimmed.

Is there more footage showing before and after the incision is made? A side view of the man's neck? Does the cyst bump appear to extend beyond the neck to his back? How did that much keratin fit at his neck? Is it like lipomas that spreads into the available nooks?
