    Mine is also same procedure.but fir 25 chinnavrasalu,kilo AS brand gingil oil, mustard powder , salt , chilly equal proportions i.e.kilo each n one kilo n Fenugreek seeds asvper taste, no question of Fenugreek powder or garlics. U have explained slowly.gd,

    Well explained with measurements of ingredients for mango pickle and how to make pickle along with caution for preservation of pickle for one year in your video.We also belongs to native of West Godavari and Krishna belt to know the above procedure but we observe the new tip of mixing of Guntur katram along with Ballari Karam in the ratio of 3:4 for good taste from your video.     పసుపు కలిపిన నూనెతో ముక్కలు తడపాలి.మా తూ గోదారి జిల్లాలో మెంతులు వేస్తాం కానీ మెంతిపిండి ఆవకాయకి వెయ్యం మాగాయకి వేస్తాం . మా పచ్చడి గొప్పకాదు కానీ చాలా బావుంటుంది.మేం చౌదరీస్ కానీ మాజిల్లాలో అందరం ఇలానే పెడతాం . కులంతో పనిలేదు.
