I definitely see some of his father's game in the way that he plays. The fact that didn't start playing football until his sophomore year, may indicate that he could still have a lot of untapped potential. I would definitely take a flier on him and sign him as an UDFA or even possibly use a 7th round pick and stash him on the practice squad for a year or two.
I had such a different take. Not much of a grind at all. Had hardly played much organized football. Nice to be physically gifted and connected. Does have a grind ahead of him though.
@@alfonsonevarez5184 He switched from school to school and he turns 25 right when the season starts. He started at a junior college. To me, it sounds like he had to work for everything that he has.
I wouldnt say his pops was this crazy athletic wrs but he made himself into a great wide receiver he should know his path gone be the same as his dad straight determination work ethic got him a gold jacket
If they get undrafted or drafted what's the difference? Do they mean they weren't invited to the draft so they're just going for it rogue? Or does it mean they were in draft but not picked? Thanks whoever replies!
Undrafted just means they didn’t get drafted. Once undrafted any team could approach you and offer you a contract as well. A big part of drafting Brock Purdy with the very last pick that year meant the 49ers didn’t have to compete with other teams offering Purdy a contract which was rumored he would have plenty of offers.
No, he is not. he started football late, he went the JC route, etc. he got ideal size like TO but slower than TO. TO puts up much more superior football and basketball stats than Terique. Terique is not mocked in any of the 7th rounds. 49ers deserves to give him a shot as a free agent pickup based on size and pedigree.
@@Jc87134 Nah, he was a 4.65 40 yard dash. That's terrible for a WR. He was a GREAT football player but as far as athlete is concerned. Other than Size he was pretty below average.
Damn, I'm old
Damn, he didn’t even expect to get drafted! Glad to have him on the Niners 🔥🔥🔥
He wasn't drafted.
What a trip. God bless his dad, too.

Terrell Owens should play with his son and the 49ers 🌉 🏈!!!
TO Jr great job give him 81
DAMN, his journey is crazy. I have to respect the grind and never giving up.

If you listen to the cadence of his voice and his facial expressions he does sorta put you in mind of his father.

Father son team up🏈🏈
Thought Larry was about to go run a route in the beginning lol
BLOODLINE BANG BANG NINER GANG!
Could he become a practice squad guy as he most likely won’t make the team?
Is he any good?

@@ManDevil74gotcha makes more sense for me now
His dad played basktball mostly and was a late bloomer. Its not about how you start, but how you finish sometimes
TO is and will always better
Sounds like his dad
Next to to have respect put his name in the title 😒😒😒😒
Terique Owens
"That's my quarterback."
Contact 😅
I know that was weird to hear. He doesn’t like football and doesn’t like contact. Okay never mind 😂😅
Same drops as his dad
TO blew his money this dude hopefully learned a lesson
defiantly gonna get cut.
ok now seen him move on 9ers ...well you do like 2nd best....HI,GEORGE
Is he as athletic as his dad?

His dad wasn't that Athletic to begin with. Only thing his dad had was size.
@@raynel8495 he was fast . At least I thought he was
