In my 30 years of experiencing this event. 2012 was simply the greatest ever. 2018/2019's attempt was awful. Not even a footnote on this. 2012 was a special year for UK starting with this celebration
@Minecraft Platinum Fireworks Inc. The fireworks at the start damaged the top of the clock tower. This is the only time Fireworks were fired from Big Ben as a special celebration due to London getting the OG's. They stated they would never fire them from Big Ben again for fear of damaging the tower further. It's still under renovation 6 years later.
@@MikeWilsonBarrett The renovations saw that WW2 German bombs damaged Big Ben way more than they expected. Which could also have a part of the reason why it cut off so fast.

Luke Dudley myself reached there about 6.00 in the evening and after 8.00-9.00 it gets packed and they close the reads so its impossible to get there
I can’t wait for London eye to return after 4 years.
