@@chasxreacts155 my story, i took a business degree that focuses on airline, so mostly the career i'll be landing with this degree would be ground handling, operations, and cabin crew. But then where i live (cambodia), the job offering is rare and airlines would only post it if they really need men or they are lacking men. But one day i got a friend working as a mechanic in one of the airline i'm interested and asked me if i'm avaible to be a mechanic there because they need more men and all i needed is just some basic knowledge in aviation no need license or learning experience in the mechanic field at all. and yeah that's how i'm kinda forced myself to be a mechanic because i couldn't find work in other fields in aviation.
I’ve thought about going into an apprenticeship for this career. But I keep doubting myself because I’m not to good at math. I’ve also heard that aircraft mechanics/technician don’t get much respect/or hate their job and life.
Hello. You don't need to be good in math if you want to pursue you apprenticeship. You just need to learn the skills in Aircraft Maintenance to accumulate experience.

don't even have to be good at math, and you don't even need to have engineering or science related degree to be a AMT. Just basic knowledge in aviations which you could learn either by youtube or books

I want to get into aviation, I’ve been applying for aircraft mechanic apprenticeships. But many of them require experience or a a&p license. Which I’m confused about, because it’s an entry level/apprentice beginner role, how would I already have experience or my a&p license? The process is annoying, I might just give up on applying at this point.
Hello po. Saan po kayo nag apply na kailangan ng a&p license???
When you get your A&P license fresh outside of school you are then considered “teachable” your A&P is bare minimum to assure you’re competent enough to not get yourself killed. On an aircraft you can get your arms cut off from the hydraulics, you could get electrocuted or get hit by 115 volts leading you to drop something breaking the airplane. A fire bottle can explode and kill you, the hydraulic reservoir can spray and give you hydraulic fluid poisoning. Point I’m getting at is the aircraft wants to kill you. It takes A&P school to teach you this as it’s considered a “learners permit” for on the job. Look for A&P schools in your area.
To be honest, it's more about who you know. I have no mechanic learning experience, just airline business degree which relates more to ground handling and ticketing, but i got a mate working as a mechanic that told me i could join him to be a mechanic and al i needed is just basic knowledge in aviation and how aircraft flies, no need learning experience in mechanic at all. So i suggest to find friends working in that field, that's the hardest part.

Sir, ask ko lang. Pag nakatapos po ba ng MTP, is it okay that you process na yung para sa EASA B1/B2 license? Like you need to compile your tasks sa isang logbook for compliance?

Hello! Love your video - if I may ask, how can someone become an aircraft mechanic in the Philippines? What’s the training course to be certified? I live in the United States so training is a bit different. We have to be enrolled into a part 147 AMT school to get our Airframe and Powerplant to be an Aircraft Mechanic.
Here in the Philippines you to enrolled in a accredited aviation school. After you graduate, you can now apply for maintenance training program or other opportunities related to aircraft maintenance. You may also get your A&p license after your graduation. It is almost the same process

Hello. If you want to be an Aircraft Mechanic, you need to take Aircraft Maintenance Technology course. Yes pwede ka mag aral flying after ng college. Sa gastos ng pag aaral depende sa school.
