    In 1.16 we were aware of this predicate at some point, but I believe it is bugged in that version (though it would be cool if you would confirm this). Really cool that it works in 12.

      yeah changing to predicates completely broke most of them cuz they made it "distance from an entity + line of sight" instead of just "cylinder around a point," and then never give them an entity to work with. Pretty sure the takeoff and the leaving early predicates are the only ones that do it correctly, but ofc they've got the sight issue

    does it have to be at least 3.9 or exactly?

      sneaking earlier or longer won't hurt, you just need to be sneaking when it tries to perch, which can happens sometime between 3.25 and 3.9 seconds after dragon spawn for yaw 229(not adjusted for lag)
