I have to ask as I am not familiar with stencilling what medium is she using? Some forms of paint/powder/ink?

I think it might be Distress Oxide (Tim Holtz) and applied with a finger dauber.

Any water reactive ink will work. Distress, distress oxides, catherine pooler, simon hurley, SSS pawsitively saturated inks...heaps of others...
