You should put more spices into the noodles. It will lose its unique flavor if you add egg without giving extra spices because the seasoning cannot cover them up.
Especially when you also use flour as a dip.
You can add more salt and pepper both to the noodles and the flour.
In the original recipe, we use cornet or sausage and mozarella in addition to the noodles then add garlic powder, salt and pepper.

it's good for cheap version & taste maybe like murtabak/pizza indomie. The real one use beef cornet & cheddar inside & looks soft outside full bread flour (like nugget)
