    We rise, we grow
We walk and we stand tall
    We never fall
    As big as the sky
    As far as the dawn
    We walk
    And we do not fall
    We sleep, we dream
    With no time in between
    We never stop
    Whistling our chant
In the heat of the night
    We sing
    The spirit is clean
    From north and south
We come from east and west
    Breathing as one
    Living in fame
    Or dying in flame
    We laugh
    Our mission is blessed
    We fight for you
    For freedom unforeseen
    Thinking as one
    Rolling along
To the beat of the drum
    We march
    The black cross machine
    We stand alone
But soon the day will come
    When freedom rings
    We'll meet again
    Now eternally
    And walk
    Once more as one!

И когда я узнал, что мне, оказывается, нравится рок-музыка (я слушал пинк-флойд со старой бобины, которую купил в комиссионке, не зная название группы) - я думал что все, я уже, считай, потерян для общества и скоро стану наркоманом...

I saw Laibach during their first European tours in the '80s. Incredible. Ideology? Capitalism? Communism? BS. As people, we don't need to be straight-jacketed into any dogma. There are so many great comments in this thread: respect, comrades, brothers, and sisters.

    • @narfle
      @narfle Рік тому +2

I mean, they call themselves "laibach", which is what Ljubljana was called under the nazis. So your whole question of "ideology" is a bit weird.
When people tell you who they are, believe them?

    • @BintAlAbla1999
      @BintAlAbla1999 Рік тому +4

@@narfle Well, when considering the German name of Laibach for Ljubljana stretches back to 1144, I think it makes your 'Nazi' dig look a bit weird too!

@@narfle It's art. When you walk around with a hammer, does everything in this world that triggers you personally, become a nail? There was a band called The Presidents of the United States of America...believe them? The world is nuanced and this is the currency and context Laibach are playing with.

NRK are known to do quality recordings, they are or at least were frequent visitors to the Roskilde festival here in my country, and did some smashingly good air to air recordings that DR actually bought back in order to broadcast.

Very nice, reminds me a little bit to AUDIOSLAVE - Live in Cuba, but Cuba has a relative free music scene as far as I know nowadays...
