Sony WF-C500 Earbuds Unboxing, First Look, Specifications & Price in India

Sony’s newest WF-C500 truly wireless earbuds come with Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) that restores high-frequency sound and fine fade-out sound to the track you’re listening to and creates a more authentic listening experience. The WF-C500 also allow users to tailor the sound using the Equalizer setting in the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
It comes with a battery life of Up to 20 hours for calls and music playback & a 10-minute quick charge can give up to an hour of extra playtime.
The new WF-C500 comes with an IPX4 water resistance rating, Designed to be small and light with a texture like frosted glass gives the case a stylish, luxurious look and feel.
The WF-C500 earbuds are available across Sony retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive), www.ShopatSC.com portal, major electronic stores and another e-commerce website in India. They are available in black, white, orange and green colours.

It's a faulty headset n one left side or right side doesn't connect..
If u r lucky n both sides work, it's gud..
But I hv seen many ppl saying it doesn't work..
I tried to return but the amazon return policy doesn't apply to it
So now I hv a right side working piece n a dead left side..
N this happened within 2 days of the purchase
