@Elias Zoumas Probably some combination of multiple language. I suspect Hindi and French. Maybe some Persian or Urdu is also mixed
made up languages can still be translated and have meaning!!
Good example would be lord of the rings, JRR Tolkien took his fictitious languages very seriously.

I thought the same thing at first when I was listening to it. It sounds and looks extremely similar. If it's in a hymmnos dialect, it would have to be ar ciela. My ar ciela is terrible, but it's definitely not standard hymmnos or pastalie though.

it's Esperanto, so you're half-right. Esperanto is a very popular language that a guy (forgot his name) created, and it's very similar to Spanish and French

Are you sure this is Esperanto? I'm looking at the official lyrics that came with the CD, and it really doesn't seem to come close to anything that neither I, nor Google Translate, can identify as any known language.
It is said that the language is made up according to the Touhou Wiki, however, it still remains unknown if this is actually a real language.
