4 SUGAR FREE gums, 2 in the morning or afternoon and 2 at evening or at night for 10-15 mins, 3-4 days a week. You should feel it around the back of the lower jaw where the masseter muscles are, and work both sides evenly for symmetry. If you feel it infront of the year portion where the earhole is, stop doing it for 1-2 days cause it can be the joint and if overworked can cause wear and tear and can prolly cause TMJ or can be really uncomfortable . Thats all.

Forgot to mention one side of your jaw will grow more than the other and your face will be even more asymmetric if you chew gum, unless you are make sure to chew it with both sides the same amount. Imagine you going to the gym and working one arm more than the other
I bought it. It's good but it's so hard that you can't chew it like regular gum and if you have sensitive teeth you might as well throw them away because you won't even be able to take 1 bite
I am not an expert in something like that but i just have a question. Wouldn't it ruin your face's symmetry if we chewed more gum from the one side and lesser on the other side. The one side would look different than the other.
Bro, this video literally proves how important it is for a dude to have bands💸. Like even to glow up u need money. 1. You want amazing skin? You need money. 2. You want a prominent jawline? Money.(or surgery, which still costs a lot) 3. Get jacked? For the best outcome you can hire a professional trainer, or a cook to make you meals that give you all the nutritious things you need. 4. Gym membership? You bet. Money. 5. Healthy food > junk? Money. 6. Style? Money. 7. Status? Money. 8. Girls, they like rich guys. Money. 9. Money? Money. Especially when you live in a country that doesn't have a very strong currency, but you want to buy all the products that you see on social media. It's hard. Us men live on the battlefield. We come from the battlefield. Don't let anyone discourage you. We are brothers. We will make it.
To reach the same effect imitate the chewing u do with the gum and without contacting the teeth together so u can just work out the muscle there and it would not damage your teeth
Or you could just buy that jawline chewing thing that doesn’t have to continually be re bought and replaced every week and doesn’t contain a ton of sugar. 🤝
Doctor here. Please don’t do this. You could seriously injure your jaw. The lower jaw (mandible) is attached to your skull by two Temporomandibular joints or TMJ for short on both sides. Such excessive chewing continuously on hard gum can severely damage it. Just lose fat, stay hydrated and don’t mouth breathe.

@@idek4971 bro this is not possible to get a small face and good jawline at the same time specially if you are in your teens or early 20s… cuz if you chew or mew at such age you gonna trigger your bone growth along with your muscle growth that if performed correctly will give you a good jawline with symmetry… but it will also broaden your face Bcz of muscle hypertrophy and bone growth and u can reverse muscle hypertrophy by simply stopping chewing or mewing but u can’t reverse bone growth.. and if your bones are grown and give you broad face then it’s irreversible but yes u can make your face to look smaller if u like small face then u should not put any extra stress on your jaw muscles like excessive chewing food etc and at the same time avoid getting fat on face by avoiding greasy food… at the end I will say don’t hate your broad face etc…. And don’t be that conscious about anything u have cuz nobody is happy on the things they have… so accept yourself and consider it beautiful and unique … and btw broad face with men suits better than small face and many people in the world are desperately wanting to have it so stop being overconcious … have a good day 👍
Chewing hard things may work, but the gum gets too soft unfortunately. Instead you should chew something made of thick rubber, because if you don’t feel any pain, then it’s not going to work. I don’t want to be like giga chad…I want to be like steve
Chew sugar free, eat actual food as well (chewing will make your stomach act up as it expects food), and don't overtrain as a tweaky jaw is the last thing you want (don't stress the cartilage or joint)
i think it actually works because one time I chewed gum rapidly for a big minute and my jaw got sore
Beautiful models !
Me shoveling 6 peace’s ov extra gum in my mouth as he says this
Jaw angularity and width is GONIONS.
There was an article I read years ago, I don't remember the details but there was this woman that chewed gums for ours, every day, for 7 years I think, and her jaw broke, but I suppose that if you don't do it every day it will be ok
Nice bro❤❤🎉
It’s crazy that Willy Wonka got a jawline😮
dtep 1 follow this guy step two pray you dont get TMJ
dont listen to him hes just promoting his product, first of all u gotta learn to mew and breath with only your nose if ur having trouble breathing u can get mouth tape to get used to it and finally u can do jawline exercises, u want to do neck curls, weighted shrugs and make ur cheeks hollow over and over again and u can also get these jaw exercise things for ur mouth they work quite well
Which jaw exercise things would you recommend, because I know there are a lot of bad ones too.
yeah mewing not necessary but helpful. I personally just breath through nose, chew more than I used to, do jawline exercises and I am currently losing fat.
I have tried chewing 3 to 4 normal chewing gums everyday my jaw muscles started to be soure and i can feel the tightness in my jaw and when i see before and after of my photos it made my jaw stronger
Problem is. This can give some people rounder, more circled faces. Make sure you dont have inward gonion, if so then mew and expand it before chewing
Yo hey so like in 2021 i started chewing gum regularly everyday and so many hours. Then by August 2022 there was a marriage so we took a couple of pics and by the time i went back home and saw the pics I was like what the actual fk.(MY MASSETER MUSCLES WERE BOTH POPPING OUT SO MUCH,while everyone else's masseters where all normal AND IT DIDN'T SUIT MY FACE IT LOOKED SO DAMN BAD SNF AND THEY POSTED ALL THE PICS ON INSTA 😭 I hated it so much i quit chewing gum.
Now i notice my MASSETERs decreased in size but it still hasn't become normal.
How do I reverse this shit?
And how do I get a jawline but it shouldn't be popping out bloated nd made my face so wide.(during August)
How do I keep the face small and get a jawline...
Mewing doesnt give outwards gonions 😂
hey so my family is going through a rough time and i can’t afford your gum so what is a good alternative to choose another gum brand and how much sticks?
4 SUGAR FREE gums, 2 in the morning or afternoon and 2 at evening or at night for 10-15 mins, 3-4 days a week. You should feel it around the back of the lower jaw where the masseter muscles are, and work both sides evenly for symmetry. If you feel it infront of the year portion where the earhole is, stop doing it for 1-2 days cause it can be the joint and if overworked can cause wear and tear and can prolly cause TMJ or can be really uncomfortable . Thats all.
I had bdd to much last year but i helped my own self i simply cut out social media and comtollled my self from watching mirror again and agin and simply i accepted myself you can also do this if you dont wanna visit some therapist
I see we have a lot of internet orthodontists here all of the sudden spouting their opinions...
Our ancestors as recently as 100 years ago ate very hard foods, this gum simulates that because the average diet today is soft and full of testosterone-reducing chemicals, creating a bunch of weak-jawed man-children.
So if people say this gum damages teeth, then I guess all our ancestors had horrible teeth... except they didn't, they had way bigger jaws and wider teeth because they didn't eat soft foods with testosterone-reducing chemicals.
What do people with strong jaw eat lmfao? They're not in a private society
Guys just chew normal gum and drink cold water it hardens the. Gum
Best gum is that stuff you get from gumball machines😂
He:- it is10 times harder than normal chewing gum
Me:- eat 10 normal chewing gum at a time💀
You can also combine normal chewing gum with little bit of paper tower and the gum will be much harder
100?!!? DAMN SHIT'S HARD
Money.(or surgery, which still costs a lot)
It can be bad you can hurt your jaw like this i have a sharp jawline but i have a problem in my jaw
Nope making square is fucking weird ... But strong chiseled jawline with diamond shape face slays 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bro ofc I have braces😭
To reach the same effect imitate the chewing u do with the gum and without contacting the teeth together so u can just work out the muscle there and it would not damage your teeth
Or you could just buy that jawline chewing thing that doesn’t have to continually be re bought and replaced every week and doesn’t contain a ton of sugar. 🤝
It's actually really bad for your jaw, since it forces you overextend your jaw
I chew beef jerky like a real man
I have a good jawline. The first thing I do when I wake up is:
Have good genetics.
Man this costs more than Rs 6000 in my country 😂 I can eat my lunch for 3 months with that amount
How get the jawline of Brad pitt 🥶🔥
Doctor here. Please don’t do this. You could seriously injure your jaw. The lower jaw (mandible) is attached to your skull by two Temporomandibular joints or TMJ for short on both sides. Such excessive chewing continuously on hard gum can severely damage it. Just lose fat, stay hydrated and don’t mouth breathe.
As a kid i always chew bubble gum thats why when im like 15 i noticed my jawline is better lol
Me chewing turbo:
1.Right parents 2.Right enviroment
When my jaws so strong it keeps locking up and I don’t chew gum
My jaw will be square but my teeth will be
You gotta train your muscles like you train every other muscle, routinely with rest.
Bro, there's always that one chewing gum that's harder than any other one, and it's not that. I forgot the name of it, too
see the name of the gum brand, and then read the channel name.
you are welcome
Jawline = improved
Teeth = exchanged for jawline
Meanwhile me mewing while i watch this🤫🧏
Hey, Brett. I've been watching a lot of your content lately and I just wanted to ask you how you got into modelling. I've been considering doing the same but I needed some advice.
I wish a value added benefit is that It combats hunger
As a medical student I will say NOOOOOO… you gonna trigger your bone growth by this who’s 99% chance is eventually asymmetrical face… best thing is fillers if you are extremely desperate to get jawline … otherwise LOVE YOURSELF cuz everyone is beautiful in its own way … don’t run behind man made cheap beauty standards … you all are beautiful

How do I keep the face small and get a jawline...
And don’t be that conscious about anything u have cuz nobody is happy on the things they have… so accept yourself and consider it beautiful and unique … and btw broad face with men suits better than small face and many people in the world are desperately wanting to have it so stop being overconcious … have a good day 👍
Can I get outward gonions from chewing
bro science spotted 🤣🤣
Do one about Adams apple
What if I just chew nothing all the time will that do the same
Why don't u them about the side effects of chewing gum Matt!!!
45 dollars when it’s on sale if your wondering about it
Chewing hard things may work, but the gum gets too soft unfortunately. Instead you should chew something made of thick rubber, because if you don’t feel any pain, then it’s not going to work. Again not everyone will have the same results, but hard chewing will definitely work even to a small degree.
great route to tmj
😂😂😂😂 MY GUY SAID 40 DOLLARS FOR CHEVING GUM🤣🤣🤣
Step1: choose your parents
I've asked Dr about this , they don't recommend this , it'll hurt your facial muscles & bones.
You mean his tough gum or normal gum
If you weren’t born with it, just forget about it
