dude the tutorials and information you provide is top tier, thank you for explaining everything in depth. When I bought this board I had no idea what I got myself into but after these videos, I know alittle something! You deserve a lot more recognition, thanks again
Great tutorial, very easy to follow, Thank you!! I got everyting working and the print quality is amazing but I have a questio for you! Do you have any video on using the BTT TFT3.5-e3 V3 on Klipper and SKR2? Thank you again!!
Gonna have to try Klipper now that it looks a bit easier to run with this install process! Great work on the vids! Ed, have you done any work with the BTT S42B Closed Loop Stepper board? I have one, but it doesnt seem to work "plug and play" like advertised. Seems like a lot of people on their Github have that problem and with most things BTT it seems like the instructions are lacking. Looks like someone completely rewrote the firmware as well.
I have a closedloop stepper, but it's precision seems to be that of a A4988 and works best in severe earthquake zones, so at present, I've not done a tutorial on it.
Hi thanks for the help earlier. Now I have a different problem, It will not connect to the printer. I don't think that the baud rate is the same but I am not sure how to change it as there is no setting in config
Thanks but it isn't in your video. I am hoping someone on reddit knows. Great videos btw! I love how you talk slow and let it sink in before moving on to the next step!
I am trying to follow your tutorial and I have watched a couple videos of yours and you are very good at them. But I am having a problem connecting to the network. I just got this pi and I am following everything that you have done to a T but I cannot find the pi on my network. I have went through and change the file with the router name and password and I have saved it and also plugged it into the pi. I am in the command prompt and have ran the ARP -a and cannot find the pi. I have tried numerous ideas on thinking I screwed up something in the process but I have redone everything 5 times now and still nothing will show. Am I supposed to configure the pi before I try to install fluidd?
Login to your router and check connected devices or connect to raspberry pi with a monitor and keyboard/mouse and go-to command prompt And use, "ifconfig" , and look for wlan0.
hey man, ive followed as far as entering this command into tera term, but then get the following message ( ls /dev/serial/by-id/* ls: cannot access '/dev/serial/by-id/*': No such file or directory ) what can i do so i can get the usb id for the mcu ?????????

You're welcome.
. . . .
Thanks. I have been looking for a simple tutorial. I am looking to put fluid on my Ender 3 with SKR E3 Mini 1.2 so this is a great start point!

Great job. Thank you so much
You're welcome.
one question is the same procedure if i have skr 2 with the stm32f429vgt6 chip??? excellent tutorial
a nice "before use please unbox..."... At the point of missing SD-Card etc. I simply add a [include fluid.cfg] into the config file.
This helped so much! I sent a paypal tip your way.
Thanks 👍

A few of the links seem to be dead. Wondering where I can get some info on failure to connect over usb from pi to skr2 board.
Which link or all of them? Sometimes UA-cam crashes them and I need to refresh them.
Fixed.

In the video there might be some steps about that. You'll need to add a couple of tags. It's in last two to Three minutes of video I think.
Thanks but it isn't in your video. I am hoping someone on reddit knows. Great videos btw! I love how you talk slow and let it sink in before moving on to the next step!
Describe what you're seeing in Discord channel link in description of video. Either myself or someone else can walk you through issue.
I'm an idiot, there was a lower case b in the serial and it was suppose to be a capital b. Now it is working!
That's good. That's one reason I cut and paste as much as possible during tutorial.
How did you get files into your config section?
You can drag and drop them for printer.cfg.

@@EdwardBraiman I am planning on installing these onto my 400mm machine, do you have any advice for me?

Why fluidd? Is not better Mainsail ?
Easy install to demonstrate.

Does the firmware.bin on SD card change to FIRMWARE.CUR?
@@EdwardBraiman yes it has. And am I meant to leave it in the motherboard?
If it has, then power cycle setup and look again.
@@EdwardBraiman sorry can you explain that again please? Not quite sure what I'm meant to do
Remove power to both raspberry pi and printer board and the add it back to both. Then see if you can see device.
Funciona com raspberry i3
Is there a question?
works with rappiberry i3
?
Raspberry pi 3, yes in 32 bit version.
I didn't understand it has to be 32 bit but I can't find it only has 64 bit
Try and see if it works.
