I’m in a similar life situation. I turn 30 this year and am currently pregnant with my first child. I definitely plan to do a big clear out as soon as baby is born because I’ve had to wear the same few outfits over and over since they are the only ones that fit currently. It’s really made me despise some of my clothes and some pieces are just worn out now.
Awesome! I need to do this as well. My style has changed as well but I have not really moved the older stuff out that I am no longer into. I need to check out your course.
I just realized that i have a very similar colour palette : Olive, denim/light Blue and grey plus Black and White!! And omg... i Love all of your sandals !! Cognac iS my faVorite Accessoires colour!
K Kinner I agree...it happened to me...but; my clothes were comfy & cheap & had my 2 kids close together...then I got rid of them...I only had a few pieces of maternity clothes...You could say I had a capsule wardrobe...My son & daughter were born almost 26 & 25 years ago...
Yes please to the loungewear video! I work from home and struggle to find a balance between pajamas and workwear (I usually end up staying in my pajamas 😵)... but it's nice to feel a little more put together even when you are at home working.
I really enjoy watching your videos, our aesthetics are so similar! I just have a hard time letting go of pieces, and I’m in the process of losing weight so I’m holding out on updating my wardrobe until I’m back to my goal weight. Also getting married in September, and we wanna have kids right away so seeing you do this through your pregnancy is a huge deal for me. Thank you for sharing your videos!!!
I've been putting off going through my closet properly...and by properly I mean by making those harder decisions...I enjoyed watching this today and think I'll go ahead and rip off the bandaid. :)
I know this video is from a while ago, but I just wanted to let you know that I bought your navy bell sleeve blouse and am still loving it in my closet! (:
Can you do a video about how you add new pieces to your wardrobe? Maybe how you discovered your personal style? Sometimes I feel like I just buy random stuff that doesn’t go together or that I get tired of in 3 months
Keep the over the bump jeans! You will be grateful that last month of pregnancy to have those! Under the bump pants are no fun when you’re 8+ months :)
Congratulations on your baby! I was curious to see how many shoes you started with and how many you ended up with. That part of the video was rather quick. Are you willing to say? I am wondering because I am trying to see how many shoes of mine I would like to end up with. I have a higher percentage of shoes compared to other pieces in my closet. Thank you.
Jodi Hoffman lucky!! I gasped when she said she didnt want to keep it.. why would you let go of such a gorgeous piece hahah! but I'm glad it found a new loving owner
I loved this! I watched this while doing my makeup and it was so relaxing and fun to watch. Can't wait to continue to watch your through your pregnancy and once the little one comes! Love your videos!!
ritalyn b I’ve always had a love for shoes!! But also living in Minnesota you really need a variety of shoes to get you through all the different seasons!
I’d love to see a video on curating a little loungewear collection! If you haven’t seen +thedailyconoisseur ‘s videos you should check them out, she talks a good amount about presentable loungewear
Check out ThredUp for maternity wear! I also loved underbump jeans and I went with Jessica Simpson brand because they were less obviously maternity jeans. Just a suggestion. They carry her stuff at Motherhood Maternity which could be nice to try on sizes. I like ThredUp because of their return policy. If something doesn't work for you they take it back relatively easily.
Also, watch out for foot growth as far as your shoes. Mine went up a solid half size in length which is apparently common but nobody warned me of... may be a better idea to declutter shoes after your pregnancy
Yes! you will definitely want some nice at-home, comfy, lounge-wear once baby is here :) (I'm a mama of a 2.5 yr old and a 9 month old). Loving watching your videos lately. Your fashion style is very similar to mine so nice to watch and get a few ideas :)! (plus I'm on par with all the decluttering/minimalism etc). Thanks for the videos. Hello from Ontario :). Random question, but have you considered cloth diapering? I hadn't when I was pregnant with my first, but got into it and love it.
I’m 37 weeks and I can promise you’ll want more comfortable clothes! My baby’s kicks are so strong that denim and rougher clothes were actually rubbing me the wrong way (never expected that)! And don’t forget postpartum needs...and clothes for baby snuggles ☺️
Nothing better than cleaning out your closet!! I love watching these kinds of videos. Makes me feel encouraged to go through my own closet

watching your videos is like hanging out with a sister! so casual and fun :)
I would LOVE to see a video on lounge wear items. I am also trying to update/upgrade my lounge wear :)
Awesome! I need to do this as well. My style has changed as well but I have not really moved the older stuff out that I am no longer into. I need to check out your course.
Yes to the lounge wear video!
Your in fun stage of pregnancy and be sure to keep some of your items for the next! Loved seeing your choices
Oxyclean "White Revive" powder is excellent for white clothing, it also comes in liquid, find at Albertsons, Target, Walmart, BigLots.
your hair is so lovely!

This was so fun to watch, and makes me want to do the same in my OWN closet!
I loved this video. It reminds me that it’s ok to let go of things that I no longer wear.
Loved actually watching you go through this process, I find it so much more helpful that way. I would also love that video on loungewear
Be careful wearing cloths you love that arn' t maternity. You will slowly stretch them out and won't be able to wear them after. Love your style!

I own two of these tops now :D From poshmark. That's so fun to see you go through these.
I have totally been wondering where you got the cozy cardigan you are wearing in this video!
I know this video is from a while ago, but I just wanted to let you know that I bought your navy bell sleeve blouse and am still loving it in my closet! (:

Target is good for basic maternity ts to use awhile after too
That green wrap maxi is so pretty 😍
Love love those shoes you bought on Poshmark, what brand/style are they? Thank you! I always love watching your videos they are very relaxing
Where do you sell your clothes? Would love to know more about that.
I don't know about others, but I LOVE the cardigan you are wearing in the video and would 100% wear it in public.
Surprised you don’t have more sweaters living where you do! Or maybe I have way too many? Haha
Are you selling your stuff online? Would love a chance to buy the blue bell sleeve top from Loft. I’ve loved that top since you first showed it.
She sells her stuff here! poshmark.com/closet/kittycotten Unfortunately, the bell sleeve top isn't for sale anymore. I actually bought it. lol
Jodi Hoffman lucky!! I gasped when she said she didnt want to keep it.. why would you let go of such a gorgeous piece hahah! but I'm glad it found a new loving owner
@@diamnda not sure if you are still looking for the top, but I am selling one in a size medium on Poshmark!
@kittycotten had you buy maternity clothes? And where? Please help...
I loved this! I watched this while doing my makeup and it was so relaxing and fun to watch. Can't wait to continue to watch your through your pregnancy and once the little one comes! Love your videos!!

I now feel one hundred years old to think you just got your first pair of Birkenstocks last year. haha (got into those in high school in the nineties)
Over the bump is good for the end of the third trimester

Aww didn't realise we were the same age, I'm 31 on Sunday :-)
How far along are you ? I'm 12 weeks 3 days ?
