Omg I have been dying to try out Hello Fresh, especially after moving out of home for the first time and also being super busy with work, it sounds like a great alternative cos at least I don't have to think about what to cook every night! Omg no way, I can't believe the ginger was spoilt and the missing ingredient for the ravioli 😱 but so glad their customer service was good and they credited you the money for it!
Yes, it's definitely great if you're on the go! Yes, i'm glad it was super easy to report the missing/spoiled ingredients! Overall, I enjoyed all the meals! (:
Yessss I love watching these to get new ideas of Hello Fresh meals to try! I've never tried to veggie box before so very intrigued! That thai ginger curry looks and sounds so good! So unfortunate that you got spoiled ginger! So nice that they gave you your credit back!

Love the honesty! I have contemplated trying hello fresh and just have not been sure if I want to! But this def makes me want to try it out, I love how the prep times are super quick! And it’s nice how you can report if items are spoiled are missing - love the tips on how calories/getting more meals out of the boxes! Thank you!

I've been wanting to try them out forever but every single video I saw was sponsored so I was hesitating a bit 😂The rice being precooked is definitely so helpful! I am glad you reported the missing ingredient! I feel like a lot of people would just let it be but as a customer, you want to get everything you paid for! 😊

cutting things take so much of my time i hate it sometimes🤣🤣 i love that it’s only 20 minutes to put together i love the way you do the montage of the cutting it’s so satisfying! omg the food looks so good!! omg you’re able to cut it down to three aww i love how easy that they make it so easy to report! i love that they are great about crediting you!! the sesame one is the one i was looking forward to! it looks so good!! aww that’s so sad it was spoiled! i’m glad their costumer service was amazing!!

I love watching Hello Fresh videos! We can't get these where I live, but I have tried some local meal kits/delivery services for fresh product and it makes everything so much more convenient!

Omg the ricotta ravioli looks amazing! 😍 I’m glad you can report when you’re missing an ingredient! Ive always been curious about that. All the meals looked so good, the rice being precooked is definitely a plus. 9/10 for two meals out of 3, not bad!! 🤗

I love your Hello Fresh videos, they are always so informative! I’ve never tried Hello Fresh yet, but I’ve been curious about it! The curry looks so gooood!! I love curry, especially in Fall/ winter, such a good comfort meal! Bummer that the ravioli didn’t come with the panko. But it’s good to hear that it’so easy to report missing ingredients and get credited for them! I also love how you can cancel your subscription and reactivate again! Great review as always, Cleo! 🥰

Ahhh making me miss hello fresh!! The meals are always so yummy the thai ginger curry sounds so good never saw that one! Ugh the fried rice bowl is bombbbb. I hate when the items are spoiled or missing an ingredient but they are really good about giving your money back! I always cut mine down too and saved the portions for lunch😂 such a good review cleo🤍🤍

I get Hello Fresh sometimes too, but I share my meal kits with someone who likes meat so I hardly get to try the vegetarian options. Aside from the missing toasted panko, the ricotta meal looks the most interesting to me. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve always wanted to try hello fresh! This food looked so food! Hmm they left out some ingredients that sucks but I’m glad there was a way to contact them and let them know.
Other than the missing/spoiled ingredients I was super happy with all the meals! Yes, glad they don't make it such a hassle to report the errors (:
