There is a little plug on the bottle which you remove after installation for the first use, don't throw that plug and make a hole on top of bottle for that plug's size and use that plug for that purpose. To open a hole on top of bottle use a small drill or a heated stick may work out.

The size of the little plug is very small now hence not suitable for pouring the hand washing liquid.

Just put a piece of addesive tape on the hole!

I have not try with thick liquid soap but I think it may not work due to the viscosity.
You can mix water in 50 percent ratio!
