The boarding is at Bukit Bintang Kiosk KL HOHO(outside Sungei Wang). U can buy the tickets there. Pls try to buy in advance as it may sold out. We bought from Klook, but still need to exchange the physical ticket where u can decide the sitting(open or enclosed). Hope it helps.

I did not hv any problem with the iPhone while taking the photos. When not using I kept it inside my jacket to keep it warm. The problem I had was my hand couldn’t take the cold while taking the photos. 😬

If you like nature, this is a must go trip. There will be some walking in the National parks, but u can decide how fast and how far to go. In our group there are a lot of seniors and one had a knee cap replacement done before. Certain days the bus journey are longer, but the TD will ensure there are break points in between for u to do some stretching. U can just google for ‘360 camera’ to find one to you liking.
