Kuzan was also one of the closest people to Garp so he'd probably still try not to kill him. 3. Assuming fan theories are correct and that Kuzan is a double agent in Blackbeard's crew Garp would most likely know this and therefore try not to kill him.

But don't forget the fact Whitebeard won't just stand back and watch, I believe what we would see won't be a duel but a game of magma tenis between Garp and Whitebeard.

Supressed(Garp confirmed) Aokiji beat Garp in a fist-haki fight. Despite Garp stating even at the end of the fight Aokiji was still soft on him Aokiji still tanked multiple of Garp's attacks and was ok whilst Garp taking one attack from Aokiji was crying in pain. Awakened Akainu who barely beat Aokiji>Old Garp. Whether it's prime legends~og admirals~og yonkos or legends>~ isn't known also.
I agree with you, but I also don't think Garp is any weaker post time skip, it's just that Aokiji and Akainu got even more powerful, because if this fight had happened during Marineford Garp would win as he is stated to be the strongest person there

That's a fake fact same like Shanks>Roger+WB by Oda, etc. Kizaru, Akainu, Aokiji was indeed confirmed to be the strongest in the Navy. Akainu was stated to be strongest of them and of the whole Navy.

Aokiji won Garp in Garp's own fighting style w pure haki+monsterous strength(even to prime Garp as of the feats on the battleship, but at least even to old Garp's). Garp stated Aokiji was still soft to Garp even at the end of their fight, n Aokiji tanked all of Garp's attacks, as a result, and was still ok in comparison with Garp who had big pain after only taking a direct clash vs Aokiji, then Aokiji's next attack finished him whilst before this when Garp speed blitzed Aokiji twice, he stated twice Aokiji was soft on him right after speed blitzing, proving Aokiji being soft caused him being speed blitzed, n still Aokiji tanked all of Garp's attacks and looked pretty ok whilst Garp taking single clash vs Aokiji was crying in pain. Aokiji also has awakening of his broken df, mastery of rokushiki, on top of his monsterous strength & top tier haki, even swordsmanship just like ex swordsman Akainu n Kizaru's swordsmanship rivaling Rayleigh's, he's full at all categories- featwise above Shanks, but let's say they're on one lvl.. Aokiji high diff old Garp and is on par w Kaido, Shanks, Akainu, prime Bigmom.
