- A Veteran's personnel file often called a C-file. It is a collection of documents to include medical and personnel files relating to a veterans service.
These documents are integral to your claims journey, and if you don't already have a copy, it is highly recommended!!

The both times i requested my C-File, it took max. 12 weeks...they have gotten better
Some are quicker than others! It can depend on when you served and if they have to be transferred to digital etc.
I got mine but need the updated one
