Just installed it. First thoughts: Looks good overall but the car image is cheesy compared to the default Tesla image. It's missing the gradation that makes it look cool. And the font is different, the Hansshow unit uses a more modern typeface than the Tesla one. If an OTA update could fix these items, it would be great.
Any plans to create some type of adapter for this model to give better airflow similar to the F9 model? I know it comes with a diffuser but unfortunately inflow still isn’t great. I made the purchase and installation of this model before the F9 model was released and now I regret it since I cannot make any returns or exchanges. Aside from the lack of airflow I’m happy with this unit but would be great if we can just purchase some type of adapter for it that’ll enhance the airflow a bit better than the diffuser included.
Please update the software with more display themes to choose from. It is advertised as OTA, but no software updates? What is the meaning of having OTA
Can you clarify the connections? So the blue connectors make sense but you lost me a bit with the white one...not sure about U-loop and looping back to the Hansshow connector. If you can clarify a little and/or show some photos, that would be great! Thank you.
A question about the diffuser: Does it just snap in or need to be fastened somehow? I just want to make sure it's not going to come out when I hit a bump or something. :-)
This display has bluetooth issue after recent Tesla softeare update, it no longer be able to connect to the car speakers, the audio has to come out from the tiny crappy speaker with the display
Pretty good video and I think the most up to date so far. My question is at 7:08 in the video where you are connecting the blue plug, is the male blue plug from the car empty? In other words, you don't have to unplug anything before you connect the Hanshow wire harness? In addition, I've seen other vidoes that show power wires that need to be connected to the battery. It looks like the second set of connectors (at 7:32) is now the power for the head unit?
@@lovebirdcustom I installed it a few weeks ago and there is nothing connected to the blue connector from the car, it's empty. All you have to do is plug in the connector from the head unit. There are no wires that have to go to the battery, the other set of connectors must be the power to the unit. It all worked great until my wife said I had to remove the unit, she absolutly needs air blowing in her face and this unit definitly blocks that air. So, I have one for sale if interested :).

The installation is for AMD version. For Intel, you need to connect to MCU under glove box, which is very hard to get to, right? Please confirm before I can buy

The screen looks good but it has poor software. When asked if they can fix them or at least allow community contributions, they replied that the were having lot of after sales issues so will discontinue the product. So I wouldn’t recommend it for an immediate buy, so wait it out . May be some improvmenrts would make it more appealing.

@@Hansshow_Official I understand the 10.25" has the front camera feature. I would prefer that the 9" also had the feature because it seems to be an updated screen.

I don't know if anyone will touch this screen while driving? I need just basic display (speed, battery, ..). I don't think navigating with this screen is safe driving.

I just installed this one a few weeks ago. The slimmer bezels are nice with the addition of the OTA updates
Next month they gonna come out with a 10 inch screen that mounts on the steering column like the mini screen. Im calling it right now lolol. 😂

i have just installed the 10 inch version. it has a yellow cable . whats the yellow cable for?
The UI just looks bad on all third-party screens. Why not adapt them to fit the car instead of releasing a new one every 2 weeks.
This display has OTA update so it will continue to improve. We just updated this 9” after over a year.

White one for Tesla with Intel, and blue for AMD.
