Sir but the range of single suspension type disk insulator is 11kv then for ( 4 disk insulators 44kv range ) ? In that flowchart it is mentioned that for 4 disks 69kv Of line voltage

Actually for single suspension insulator it is 11kv. But it's not the same math as we go for higher range. That's why we don't see a linear increase
