Another good one Scottie. I always thought the two-door wagons were Nomads, but after finding one, I see that the side pillars are forward sloped on the Nomad.
Well, I am an all-original king of guy so I would have preferred an as built restoration but you cannot denied that they made a top quality job whit this car (even if you do not share the final goal). Thanks for the video.
Man...sure would love to see that car in a burgundy..or a charcoal grey..that color just reminds me of margarine or butter....still a super sweet build though..
As always Steve Holcomb does a beautiful job on the interior. I'm not so sure I like the color of the car but the interior color I love. Great job Scottie.
Had one of those back in 70s. Had mine all jacked up. Nowhere near as nice as this but had fun with it just the same. Where’s the radio? Where I lived we used to put it under the drivers seat in front. The back window has two positions, I used to like driving with it in straight back position. I use maps all the time. This car is way cool but for the #1 baddest ass old ‘ shaker ‘ station wagon ever look up “ Shit Box of Doom “
Personally, I don't understand when people replace the factory interior with a modern style......I think what the original designers put in there was beautiful with great attention to detail and craftsmanship....the new one is what looks "ugly" to me! it looks like it doesn't belong in it, as they usually do to me. Definitely falls under the category of "different strokes for different folks", though, for sure. Not that the workmanship isn't top notch...it has nothing to do with that. And if it was in a flood, I'm sure it had to be replaced.....but I would have gone with a reproduction Belair or Del Rey interior for an upgrade. Other than that....fantastic ride!

I've seen blacked out tail lights on new trucks but never on a classic, looks real nice and clean with the chrome trim
The man is an artist

Cool...Glad You liked it....The radio is just a receiver under a seat....You use your handheld device to work it....Ipod....phone....ect..
Nice colour for that 55 Chevy. You'd never know it was in water let alone a flood. Holcomb did a great job. BTW, is that a Nomad?
No, it’s a Handyman model, not a Nomad
Chevy wagons are so cool.
