Honestly i would put dragons breath into A tier cuz its a really solid weapon and does really good damage, if you upgrade it twice, you can basically deal with anything besides bosses.
HRG Dragonsblaze is definetly a S tier, since it is basically a better version of dragons breath, it can deal with anything no problem at all (including bosses).

Yeah I totally agree, the dragons blaze shotgun is basically an upgraded dragons breath shotgun, I like it.
