This is the story where White Lily Cookie turned out to be the Dark Enchantress after she was freed from the Moonstone that contains Dark Magic.
Dark Enchantress Cookie was alive after many years of being out of this world.
Other cookies are also turned into otherworldly beings after the portal is opened.
This is the Cookie Run Kingdom Story mode taken from my Gameplay.

Here's my theory... First,White Lily cookie success to open the portal to the witch... After White Lily know the truth,she fell into the ultimate dough and the witch rebake her turned into Dark enchantress cookie...She then come back with an illusion to deceive other...After the war,she was sealed and the illusion of old her lost the memory and make the illusion to come to her... There's might be alternate event where when she was rebake, White Lily cookie dough are separated into two but with half of her essence(Bad side).So,she back with lost memory about the witch while other her(dark enchantress) start the war...😅

After White Lily Cookie fell into the Ultimate Dough, she was cooked alive by the Witches and was transformed into Dark Enchantress Cookie. Her motive is to cause the Eternal Night with her Black Magic in order to get revenge on the Witches, who created Cookiekind solely to eat them.
at the start of the game, gingerbrave and his friends see white lily, then she suddenly disappears? shes an illusion thats why, if you search up the clip of white lily falling into the ultimate dough, the whole story will be told there, white lily isnt real anymore, shes an illusion. But it turned out when white lily got up from the dough, she transformed into dark enchantress cookie. thats why she said in this video "i no require that fragile petty fragment of my past"

Theory:
When White Lily Cookie fell into the Ultimate Dough, she was cooked. After she was cooked, her identity changed. She made the cakes come to life and named herself: Dark Enchantress Cookie. Pomegrenate Cookie can make illusions, right? Dark Enchantress Cookie/White Lily Cookie must've ordered her to make an illusion of HERSELF before the war, the PAST her. Pomegranate Cookie asked, "But why?", Dark Enchantress Cookie/White Lily Cookie responded, "I see them.. Just do as I said, no questions asked." AND AND, In the "Final Battle" Stage, Dark Enchantress Cookie/White Lily Cookie made an illusion of her. I know, "But Pure Vanilla Cookie and White Lily Cookie were Childhood bestfriends! How can she make an illusion of herself?" White Lily Cookie learned a spell that can make any illusion you want. The illusion can be talk to, can live, and can be anything you want. She didn't want to tell Pure Vanilla Cookie so she just made an illusion of herself to replace her. After she made one, she ordered the illusion to befriend with Pure Vanilla Cookie. But the illusion already know what to do. Afterall, she is her. The illusion ran at Pure Vanilla Cookie and they talked. While the original White Lily Cookie ran and want to learn more about the Cookie World. But, she fell in the Ultimate Dough and became Dark Enchantress Cookie. She came back to her illusion to check on her. She was shocked on what she saw. She, the illusion herself, have a Soul Jam. Dark Enchantress Cookie/White Lily Cookie (Original) was hurt on what she is seeing. The illusion, it felt like she was the original. She regret making an illusion of her... So she hired Evil Cookies to start a war against them and kill the illusion. And take the Soul Jams.
I feel bad for every ancient cookie.
Pure vanilla sacrificed himself to save everyone and also held the burden of truth. The vanilla kingdom got destroyed as well.
Hollyberry exiled herself from the hollyberry Kingdom and lived faraway from her family.
Dark cacao lost a lot of soldiers and got betrayed by his own son.
Golden cheese lost everything, her Kingdom, her treasure, her citizens but she could not let her beloved Kingdom and people go so she created a matrix and she lived there so many years just to be relieved from the grief.
White Lily knew the truth about the witches and that enraged her what made her evil . (But it doesn't justify her starting a literal war.)
actually she disguised as lily cookie cause white lily was with them at the start of the game with pv, dark choco, hollyberry, and her they were trying to defeat dark enchantress cookie so she basically disguised as her.
it was an illusion.. As you can see i think pomegranate or either enchantress made the illusion so yeah its not lily disguising as enchantress.

I’ve been trying to figure it out soooo the white lily cookie fragment was created when dark enchantress cookie was sealed. Then why is white lily cookie in the prologue at the same time as dark enchantress cookie.

She went to ask the witches the question, but before she asked the witches, she saw them eating the cookies. After she found out the truth, she was so worried and wanted to tell all the cookies about it. But it was so frightening that she accidentally fell into the ultimate dough, the witches saw it and rebaked her into Dark Enchantress Cookie. The White Lily Cookie in the final battle is just an illusion.
