If only contemporary christian music could push this world to the side and bring us into the presence of the living a God like this song can... my sins are many and every day I must account for them in prayer and supplication. But when it is time to lift my voice, I only want to sing about drawing nearer to my God, his mercy, his grace, and his compassion. I should be left to die in a cell for the things I have done in this life. Who am I? That the king of kings would choose me as his most favored possession? If Heaven is me never moving bowed after the feet of Jesus proclaiming “I deserve death and was given pardon and inheritance. Holy & worthy is the lamb of God who takes away the sins of man, who pardons the crimes of thieves and rapists and murderers. .” for the next eternity... I wouldn’t deserve such a gift as that and would be happy to do it.
I have been listening to this concert ever night before I go to bed, for months. I love the worship. It brings comfort to me in these trying times.

I'm confused. Where are all the Lauren Daigle trolls commenting on this video about how she never mentions Jesus anymore and is a "wolf in sheep's clothing?" I guess when she's boldly declaring the Gospel, they have nothing clever to say.

I have always found it kind of funny that her troll following keeps saying she isn't of god and other odd stuff..Lauren is walking the walk...she's reaches across musical lines and spreads Gods message. Jesus hung out with lepers, tax collectors and whores.....and I think her trolls would question if he really was Jesus.

But if you listen to her objectively, it’s clear she’s not endorsing their lifestyle or message but rather acknowledging their skill. I’d like to ask these trolls if they only admire people in their own field of work who are Christians or is it possible that they can respect a plumber for being a good plumber, or a lawyer for being a good lawyer, or a line cook for making tasty food? Since when is praising someone’s skill or accomplishments tantamount to an endorsement of every aspect of who they are? It’s hypocritical and illogical.

Wow what a special way to end her concert. "Something Beautiful" is a song that I remember from my early years as a Christian. It touched me the very moment I heard it and what a wonderful song to sing for encouragement. Thank you for sharing this special moment with all of us.
