Thank you Adyashanti. You retired before I could join you, however you are here in voice and Spirit. ❤❤❤

Oh my god, how silly have I been for so many years. Words totally fail to express.
Can't stop laughing but can't stop the tears.

I had a profound witnessing of the truth of my own awareness doing this meditation. So simple! Thank you!

2019 a friend recommended this video - I've done tons of talk therapy and a few years back did several mindfulness sessions (for me I think the sessions I would not have been ready for before the regular therapy I had done throughout my life), I love mindfulness because it incorporates both - and listening to this and for 10 mins "feels like good timing" for me. peace & acceptance that where you are in your life that feels unbalanced, mind/body/spirit, one can seek help for one, because if your making the effort to help yourself, the other two will follow and the pace can be very slow, which leads to frustration etc. Be kind to yourself in all of your moments. ~

Incredible meditation. The voice...the transition to go inward...the words came at the perfect time to reveal the truth of what is. Thank you.

Does Adyashanti see a value in having a meditation object to quiet the mind, such as concentrating on the breath?

Most of the times he suggests to “just sit and allow everything to be as it is” but in retreat he also suggests that for certain people (ie who are porous in their energy field) bring their awareness to the Dan Tien (loser abdomen). It sometimes depends on the need
