I've been to loads of gigs in my 57 years on this planet and TTS are for me anyway by far the best support band I've ever seen...if the Cure had pulled out for some reason and left TTS to carry the show I would've still gone home a very happy man indeed.... The Cure were fantastic by the way but fair play to them tohave such a talented band supporting them 👏 💙
Thanks for posting. I first seen the The Twillight Sad in the Barras in 2007 supporting another band that I've forgot. They were better than the band I'd actually went to see. I followed them through the years and seen them in some small gigs in and around Glasgow. They were amazing then and they continue to be amazing.
I had a friend. I don't know what had happened. But I had a friend. He used to listen to Twilight Sad and The Cure. He lost in them. I had a friend. Finish.
I saw them in Dublin with the cure ,sadly the sound of the kick was distorted it was so loud ,the same for the Cure,it drowned the other instruments on some songs ,i got a headache ,The Cure have the best drum sound ,ps im a drummer ,point is the sound crew do know better ,so if anyone can let them know,it would be great .
Was there, absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for posting this, ridiculously underrated band! Such passion and power, fabulous.
