Did you ever get past the first protagonist in Asgard's Wrath 2? The game has 4 protagonists and reinvents itself over and over again throughout the game, so I'd say 60 hours of content is more than fair. I put in 75, and I'm nowhere near a completionist. Never heard of Underdogs, now I'll definitely give it a try. I'm quite new to the Quest 3, but here are some unique titles you can try: 1. Demeo - a perfect sitting-position boardgame. Made in Sweden (can be seen by looking a the figure's feet/base) so that means quality. It can be single player or coop with others online. I've spent hours in it and it's quite fun. 2. Hibow - bow-focused multiplayer game. It features jumping and flying and custom arrows and bows. You can use your whole body to dodge. A nice workout game. 3. Green Hell VR - survivor-based game. It's quite difficult as you need to monitor your health, you craft everything. Creator's update states coop mode will be added in the future. 4. Cards and Tankards - Hearthstone-like cards game. You can play vs AI or vs other online players. 5. Blaston - SUPERHOT-like game. Stationary, so no moving around but you can dodge with your whole body and you play vs other online players. It has multiple types of weapons and missions for projectile and weapon upgrades. 6. Ultimechs - Rocket League-like game. But instead of a RC car, you operate a giant robot which uses his JET ENGINE fists to hit the ball. The robot can be swiftly maneuvered around the playground to position and you can play 1v1 or 2v2.
I disagree with the AC nexus ranking a small bit. AC has never had the best combat, but it made up for it with flashy animations. In vr, you can't animate the player, so the combat looks and feels bland. But the stealth and parkour have always been the main appeal of assassin's creed, and nexus does it wonderfully. In my opinion, AC nexus has everything a good AC game should have, it has good stealth, good parkour, and decent locations. Judging an AC game based on its combat alone feels somewhat disingenuous, but that's just my opinion.
Thank you! I've been a big fan of AC since I was young and finally being able to become the assassin this was going to be the game to do it. When I got to the tutorial I was kinda getting scared because it was not that good but when I started to get a feel for the controls flying over and through buildings and landing on top of enemies with the hidden blade it got so good. At the end of the game I was an unstoppable force never being detected taking out everyone in my path. It had it's flaws sure, but still an amazing game!

you should talk about mother gunship forge. It's a rogue like shooter game where you have to put together your own guns as you progress. It's a amazing game and it seems like I'm the only one who plays it.
If you like racket club I recommend trying C-Smash VRS. I love it for so many reasons - The funky music that's so good it has it's own music player in game - That, what is now considered retro, 2000s "futuristic" aesthetics art style (that if you think about, is older to us now than the 80s was to vice city's release date, which makes me feel so old) - The nods to it's roots as a SEGA Dreamcast title which as a Sega kid who's first console was the Dreamcast are so nice to see. and lastly, but most bias of all, it holds a close place to me because I get to play it with my parents and just love the experience of being able to play something with them without having that barrier of "I don't know how to use a controller and you've been playing video games for 20+ years so this is difficult to get into". we can just enjoy the ambience, being flung into space and just swing away at each other as we banter on "how are you letting you mom beat you?". It's not my fault she used to play tennis when she was my age! as a side note, also Rez is surprisingly cool in VR. Specifically the aesthetics, I wouldn't call it the best game in VR at all, nor is it something I would recommend cause it just isn't good enough to get a super high placing in this tier list, but it's cool how these game that didn't have too much success when it originally came out finds a new medium 20 years later with technology that would be considered unimaginable at the time and it just fits right in so well. It really shows how ahead of it's time SEGA was conceptually with their vision of video games.
i like your ratings, uses them to know what games i may like. but i honestly think you are missing out on numerous great titles that were made by indie gamers. might i suggest... Crisis Brigade 2 (short but worth it) X8 (overwatch type game) great one too. Espire 1 and Espire 2 (Metal Gear types) Bang Bang Slice Gods of Gravity (actual RTS) you truly feel like a god Pistol Whip No More Rainbows (really fun mario 64 experience) Red Flower (such a good game) Demeo (TTRPG style game, up to 4 players) These are what i have, i understand many of them aren't your style, but still. try them my man. they are worth it. you are right, underdogs is by far the best VR game to date.
Oh my gosh... Just wanna say, your jokes and overall pacing on this video is much improved since I last watched a video from your channel. I can now understand what you're saying and follow what you're talking about, you're doing a great job! 👍
You can mark enemies and locations by bringingyour hand to your ear and press trigger wherever you are looking(straight forward) it will be your mark. That way is way faster when you try to mark fn a fight
Asguard's Wrath has that problem of making you stand around and watch the cutscenes which is such a tiring thing to do with a big heavy and often times uncomfortable HMD on. The best games keep you engaged with downtime at a minimum.
Into the Radius is the closest thing to a Stalker clone in VR. Everything about this game is great: the combat, the visuals, the environments, the guns, everything about this game is great. I like the setting bc it’s grim and fascinating.
I honestly can't tell if that seems like it'd be up his alley or not. That said. ITR is one of my favorite VR games and I am immensely excited for ITR 2.
You've been losing me with what seems like alot of hate for VR. Definitely lost me with assassin's Creed at B. Been using vr since I had an Alcatel phone back in like 2015 that came with a vr. Had many many headsets over the years. Played everything worth playing by now, assassin's Creed is one of the greatest gaming experiences I've had PERIOD. Vr and and console. It's a Top 5 experience for period not just vr. Especially with quest 3 and QGO To bump up the resolution and performance
I've switched from pop1 to showdown, the game is just so much more engaging and doesn't hold your hand at all. The proximity chat, and the toxic crap can be turned off but you can at least talk smack to someone you downed if they have prox on.
You seem to be such a genuine, down to earth person. This is the first video of yours I've ever seen. I was looking for (like you said) a video that wasn't regurgitating the same top 10-15 meta quest games. Besides that, the way you create your content has such a natural feel to it. The audio and the way you edit your clips so seamless seems well done. You have gained yourself a subscriber and honestly, I'm very mindful I've who i subscribe to. It's soooooo many content creators out there that are looking for audience they start their video with "LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE" it gets so old and actually uninviting. Very repellent like. You, along with a few others are in a sea of clones that I believe you stand out. 👍🏿💪🏿 And no, you don't have a chance with my mother. She's a lesbian. I have subscribed though 😁👍🏿
The more I watch your videos the more I support your trying to make a living out of this I’m not going to do a whole don’t listen to the hate thing but although it’s corny know that I and many others love you and that should be enough to keep you going thanks
you mean you had to actually overcome obstacles and challenges and learn to block, parry, dodge in time as in every proper game rather than having a boring free-flowing ragdoll-chopping session in one of the many pointless physics sandboxes, right? it's something I noticed before: so far VR has not brought many game fans, but raised many tech demo fanboys with awful takes about real games...
@@VRnamek no the game was easy and fighting was fun, the whole game WAS fun, just not to the level i desired. but in order to have even more fun i chose to intensely roleplay the assassin i was playing, and crouch in real life, turn my head and not use turning controls to be more immersed. perhaps thats how it is with every game though
@@k2lando520turn your head? Is that supposed to be noteworthy? I never used analog stick turn in games anymore, I just turn on my own... I wonder if so many complaining about motion sickness is because they're looking forward like it's a TV game and use stick to turn all the time...
After watching your first video on racket club, I turned off my computer and bought the game, about 7.5 hours later I had to stop playing the game only because my headset died. Easy S+

Finally someone speaks the truth to those two hype cannons from 2023. I skipped AW2 after watching gameplay from it and no PC release I just went and played the original again. They should have named that game something else.
Question for anyone: if i have my ATT modem/router in my Bedroom, but my VR room is accross the hall getting bad signal from it . i should be able to buy a Router, Plug a 100 ft ethernet cable from my ATT modem/router to the New Router and put that in my VR room, then i should be able to connect my headset to that Router and get best connection right? or is that not how it works
That's exactly how it works, you'll have a better signal if you don't have walls between you and your router, wireless signals get absorbed by stuff, but wires run at the speed of light.
I understand how you feel about AW2 but I also hope that you do not give up on it! I had a great time with it and I believe it gets better with time and progression. The more you unlock characters and new weapons, it really opens up
I agree. I see so many people here hating on it. But they also haven't played but a few hours of the game. I feel like they were expecting something the quest hardware just isn't capable of or something.
Wanted to ask on a new video as there is more chances for a reply. Is it safe to connect the quest 3 to my rtx 2070 with a usb c to usb c cable? My motherboard doesnt have any 3.0 usb slots, and i only have them on the case of my pc. There is conflicting information online and i wanted to get an awnser, if its safe or if there are any risks involved. I have played dcs like this and it worked great but then i looked at some stuff online and apparently i shouldve fried my headset instantly. I dont know what the deal is and how to find out.
This video is a great example of what’s wrong with VR. So many of the games are just experiences, or would just be demos in the flat screen gaming industry. There’s still nothing even comparable to Half Life Alyx on Quest, and the best games (by far) are normal games that have been modded for VR. Resident Evil 4 is like 20 years old and it’s gotta be in the top five best games for Quest.
As much as I love core of AW2. I do have to agree that the puzzles are super annoying and agree with the B Tier. The game has some amazing ideas and the fact that its a full on open world VR game running on standalone hardware is nuts to me and its a great game to show the Quest 3's power and capability. But I would be lying if I didn't confess that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game like 3 times now cus of how much space it takes up on the quest and how little it engages me.

For me, I personally love puzzles. which is why Asgards Wrath 2 is probably my favorite quest game, and also the upgraded combat later in the game makes it so amazing (for me) i know im glazing with the hype, but i mean i love this gamed with everything i have ever loved. Though i also hate it becuase it wouldnt download and then i had to factory reset my quest 2 to get it to download
Great info and i liked the memes in between. British people have a good sense of humor. Greetings from the Netherlands
you should talk about mother gunship forge. It's a rogue like shooter game where you have to put together your own guns as you progress. It's a amazing game and it seems like I'm the only one who plays it.
If you like racket club I recommend trying C-Smash VRS. I love it for so many reasons
- The funky music that's so good it has it's own music player in game
- That, what is now considered retro, 2000s "futuristic" aesthetics art style (that if you think about, is older to us now than the 80s was to vice city's release date, which makes me feel so old)
- The nods to it's roots as a SEGA Dreamcast title which as a Sega kid who's first console was the Dreamcast are so nice to see.
and lastly, but most bias of all, it holds a close place to me because I get to play it with my parents and just love the experience of being able to play something with them without having that barrier of "I don't know how to use a controller and you've been playing video games for 20+ years so this is difficult to get into". we can just enjoy the ambience, being flung into space and just swing away at each other as we banter on "how are you letting you mom beat you?".
Crisis Brigade 2 (short but worth it)
X8 (overwatch type game) great one too.
Espire 1 and Espire 2 (Metal Gear types)
Bang Bang Slice
Gods of Gravity (actual RTS) you truly feel like a god
Pistol Whip
No More Rainbows (really fun mario 64 experience)
Red Flower (such a good game)
Demeo (TTRPG style game, up to 4 players)
These are what i have, i understand many of them aren't your style, but still. try them my man. they are worth it. you are right, underdogs is by far the best VR game to date.
I love the Barry and Succession music, you're a gentleman of culture
And some Grand Budapest Hotel music? Easy subscribe, my guy
The puzzles in Asgard II aren’t hard…the fighting is entertaining. Price is way high but I got it free so it’s a great starter game.
Is that picture of Plymouth town recent? Swear it wasnt there a couple of weeks ago
Asguard's Wrath has that problem of making you stand around and watch the cutscenes which is such a tiring thing to do with a big heavy and often times uncomfortable HMD on. The best games keep you engaged with downtime at a minimum.
BABE WAKE UP GETHIP DROPPED!!!
this isnt a joke i js genuinely love your channel
Vail
Also: YOU HAVENT PLAYED THROUGH INTO THE RADIUS! Im dissapointed
Table top tennis vs assassin creed vr
uh how do you check your ipd?
can someone recommend me a app?
I've switched from pop1 to showdown, the game is just so much more engaging and doesn't hold your hand at all. The proximity chat, and the toxic crap can be turned off but you can at least talk smack to someone you downed if they have prox on.
Is there a way to see the player count of Quest servers (as opposed to steam)?
2:05 im studying this song in music at school and im traumatised , its called badinerie by bach
7:39 is there multiplayer?
Your mom is a lesbo? That's sad. The downfall of society continues.
The more I watch your videos the more I support your trying to make a living out of this I’m not going to do a whole don’t listen to the hate thing but although it’s corny know that I and many others love you and that should be enough to keep you going thanks
Into the radius is one of the best out there
I remember playing population 1 but I don’t even remember it being in vr. I’m just so used to that
Assassins creed made me work to have fun, I put on a poncho… to feel like I was an assassin with a robe on. b tier, I had to work to have fun
you mean you had to actually overcome obstacles and challenges and learn to block, parry, dodge in time as in every proper game rather than having a boring free-flowing ragdoll-chopping session in one of the many pointless physics sandboxes, right?
it's something I noticed before: so far VR has not brought many game fans, but raised many tech demo fanboys with awful takes about real games...
@@VRnamek well im used to using a link cable when i play pc games so turning in real life could cause it to get tangled so i wasnt used to it
After watching your first video on racket club, I turned off my computer and bought the game, about 7.5 hours later I had to stop playing the game only because my headset died. Easy S+
5:43 "one of the most taxed countries on earth" (or is my English bad and I heard wrong)
Brazil: 92% tax
+22%
make the L
okay, but like, why didnt you include into the radius and ghost of tabor. huh??????????? tell me mr hip. where are they
love the editing on this video so funny
play into the radius asap its a terrifying but actually enjoyable experience
and theres a graphics performance for the quest 3
Blade and sorcery needs to be higher 🔥
The people that created asgards wrath 2 are the same people that created sonic boom shaderd crystal, sonic boom fire and ice, and sly cooper Thieves in time.
So they have an interesting track record to say the least.
Nice Video ... Definitely gonna check the new Contractors ... However got a question, Is there a cross-buy option for contractors showdown? Because I see that it is also on steam so I'd like to know if I get both standalone and oculus PCVR version. Or is it PCVR only?
I think you have to buy it on both but dont quote me on that
You can pick one, it's not cross-buy I have the steam version since I stream it. I also think the steam version looks better than the standalone version.
@@dread_yt alright thanks ... Yeah I thought that it would be like with Into the Radius when if you bought the game on Meta store you got both PCVR (via oculus app on PC) and standalone version as well
The editing is top tier 🤣
Somebody, please point me in the direction of a good Rainbow 6 Siege type of VR experience..I’m about to go pick up a quest 3 and I haven’t played VR for a couple years now.I used to love playing Firewall Zero Hour on PSVR 1.even with the garbage tracking, that game was so much fun..Im also open to recommendations of y’all’s favorite must have games of all genres.
I’ve already played Saints & Sinners 1 so I’m sure 2 is a must have
I've heard Breachers is great and a lot like rainbow 6
You should a 100 percent give Into the Radius a try, it is seriously one of the most fun vr games I have ever played
Quick question, I’m In the market for a PC or a meta quest 3.. They both look great but I’m wondering which one is worth it.. 😅
I’m so fucking happy I’m not the only one who loves underdogs
So fun yet so unknown imo
(Please let it be more known when I finish my mods for bonelab that add the junk dog and mech🙏)
Finally someone speaks the truth to those two hype cannons from 2023. I skipped AW2 after watching gameplay from it and no PC release I just went and played the original again. They should have named that game something else.
Fully agree with Racket Club at S+ - also at the top of our list
Question for anyone: if i have my ATT modem/router in my Bedroom, but my VR room is accross the hall getting bad signal from it . i should be able to buy a Router, Plug a 100 ft ethernet cable from my ATT modem/router to the New Router and put that in my VR room, then i should be able to connect my headset to that Router and get best connection right? or is that not how it works
That's exactly how it works, you'll have a better signal if you don't have walls between you and your router, wireless signals get absorbed by stuff, but wires run at the speed of light.
Finally a New Video
I understand how you feel about AW2 but I also hope that you do not give up on it! I had a great time with it and I believe it gets better with time and progression. The more you unlock characters and new weapons, it really opens up
I agree. I see so many people here hating on it. But they also haven't played but a few hours of the game. I feel like they were expecting something the quest hardware just isn't capable of or something.
Is this a re-upload? I'm having deja-vu
He said he did a tier list for the quest 2, and his asgards wrath 2 video made some same points lol
Where is onward?
When will you try out rumble
As much as I love core of AW2. I do have to agree that the puzzles are super annoying and agree with the B Tier. The game has some amazing ideas and the fact that its a full on open world VR game running on standalone hardware is nuts to me and its a great game to show the Quest 3's power and capability. But I would be lying if I didn't confess that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game like 3 times now cus of how much space it takes up on the quest and how little it engages me.
i am watching this while drinking tea
I lost your channel for YEARS now I’ve finally found you just saying.
What are the best boxing games?
11:16 so we're putting yeat songs in your videos? nice
song-stand on it
An absolute disgrace that you haven’t played Into the radius yet, single handedly one of the greatest games of all time.
I really enjoyed assassins creed nexus’s combat as long as it was not the sword combat
Horizon Worlds being F tier is too high on the list.
wheres the intromusic from?
I just got my first quest 3, hoping to get my virtual legs under me…first 20mins in I almost puked lol but what a blast
Im def. Going to try racket club. Thanks
If bonelab isn't on there, there is nothing i can actually do, but I will be sad
What about bonelab patch 4
Mid af
Play some into the radius genuinly one of the best vr games
this is pretty much the same as my own list, only in reverse
I just played the Underdogs the other day and that game is Badass
I love the videos man, but ranking gorilla tag over bonelab is hilarious 😂😂
I am definitely buying at least of of the s+ plus games
Who doesn't like puzzles in games? Most games have a puzzle
Good vid once again ❤
I'm sure it's been asked 100 times, but can you do A Township Tale?
Underdogs art style reminds me if apex looking liek its draw sone times
When I see vr chat or beatsaber on a list I can't the list seriously.
