Better late than later! I've been to couple of their concerts - aside from the music part, they really connect with the audience.
I still can remember the very first time I've heard of this. It was mid high school. Now I'm 30. Still one of my favourite bands. Nothing can overcome you guys. I hope the band members are reading this. It was an introduction to my dark side. Not especially in a bad way. Never forget the feeling though. From your music. Never too old for this, I'm taking you to my grave. Never forget greece while touring. We love you very much here I cant even put in words. Huge respect my fellows 💗🤘
One of my favorite solos of all time. It just feels like it needs to be there to tie the whole song together.

I recently dove into moonspell. I had heard a few songs here and there but boy was I missing out. Such a diverse band songs that pull at your heart strings such as domina and there is just heavier shit with guterals and heavier riffs. They are musical talent in its raw form.
Their first 5 albums are masterpeaces!

Peter Steele / Type O Negative influence. It doesn't soundly sickly alike though... Both Type O Negative and Moonspell were effective in conveying that truly dark, hopeless state of being. Type O were pioneers in a way, but Moonspell conveys some truly unprecedented dark existence. I listen to this stuff because I need to know that other people have experienced an absolute state of hopelessness. Incredible portrayal. Vivid. Brooding.

The Antidote was conceived and developed in collaboration with a fine writer named Jose Luis Peixoto. The band wrote an album, Peixoto wrote a novella. While the two works inhabit the same creative universe, they are not exactly based on one another. I know that the CD used to include the book, I don't know if the download does; but if that doesn't qualify as high art, then I don't know what would!

I’ve been a fan since Wolfheart. Now waiting for Hermitage to release. Visiting this classic again because of this. Moonspell remains my all time favourite band. Hope to see them again in 2021 if at all possible.

I feel sorry for ppl who diss Moonspell, it's pathetic how some individuals can be so musically ignorant. Everything invaded is another passive aggressive toned Moonspell songs. Although they can play heavy as fuck too, songs like these convey a dark atmosphere in a very composed manner; just pure musical genius. This is one of the few bands that still plays for their love to music and not for the $, which is why they don't follow a definite genre and also why they are so Awesome.
