Todd Boden acctualy yes she was born that way it just takes time for some people to find out who they are attracted to and she came out when she was very young (14) she have even stated that her very first relationship was with a girl.
For some people it take a long time, for some puberty just have to hit, and you don't suddenly discover your sexuality unless in denial and mentally ill. I have been bisexual since I was 13, and yes I was born that way.
