Keezer/Kegerator Collar

  • This is a step-by-step video I made on how I created a Keezer/Kegerator collar for a client.
    It is made out of treated 2x6's, red oak, and African Mahogany. I stained it with "Gunstock" by Minwax and finished it with an oil-based polyurethane.

    Hey, A good starting point for hand planes would be a jack plane (Stanley #5) in my opinion. It's a "jack of all trades"..pun intended. Here is a link to a guy who goes into detail about a number of planes. Good stuff. Cheers!

    can you buy the 90 degree vertical oak trim or did you have to make it? also what length pocket hole screw did you use to connect the top to the collar?
