The entire top rim should come preassembled. It would hardly take up anymore room to ship and wouldn’t leave your customers frustrated

Video makes it seem easy. Husband had to use force. Instructions weren’t clear and very frustrating.
Nothing snaps like it does in the video. The metal prongs don't pop back out once you insert it into another piece. This thing is terribly engineered.
the video makes it seem so easy, but i’m struggling so badly to get the top rim assembled. kinda wish that part came preassembled bc it really wouldn’t make a difference in the box. going through the comments on this vid though, i’m kinda glad i’m not the only one struggling 😅

Halo you should be ashamed of yourself. I opened this thing and incorrectly stated it would be pretty easy since there are literally no tools. I got put in my place pretty damn quick. Took a bathroom break to look for videos. This comments section validates everything. I'm gonna try and tag team this thing with my wife after the toddler goes to sleep. Or maybe tomorrow lol. I'm sweating and angry right now.
i'm still effing baffled by this POS -- i put together an entire swingset solo easier than this thing has been to put together
For the assembly to go as easy as the beginning of the video makes it seem, you will need a surface for leverage when snapping the top rods into the plastic ‘sidewalls’. After snapping in one top rod into both sidewalls, hold the opposite end against the floor or where a wall meets the floor, align the rod with the hole in the sidewall and push down to snap in place. Repeat for the other side. Do not try to do this just by holding the rods with your hands.

Assembling the rim of this was a nightmare! As a pregnant Momma, please make this easier!!! I had to fight with it forever and broke out in a sweat working to assemble just this step! After that the rest was easy.... But that rim was awful!

The hardest part of putting this together they left out of the video. Impossible to connect the rims into the locking part. Absolutely do not buy this product it’s a piece of shit

What I found best to assemble the top ring was to have the two pieces "in place" already and just one at a time press the small silver button and let them slide in that way
Nah. It's crap. You can't put in one one side without being unable to put in the other
The comments make me feel SEEN! This is very frustrating to put together at least the top part is. I was determined until I started getting upset, had to take a break lol

I can confirm that this thing is almost impossible to build like they show it. To snap it the rods at the begging, you really have to use the force of the ground like they show in the video. The stupid pens are so small, they really hurt your fingers.
However, it is possible. This could be engineered so much better…

Whoever wrote the instructions and/or made this video needs fired. My 2 year old son could come up with better instructions that would be easier to follow.
20 minutes of cussing later, baby is sleeping in it and seems to love it.
Video makes it look easy. It is not. I have given up trying to do it myself and am waiting for help from my father. I will update if we are able to get it together.

I was about to tweak out for real. This looks easy but this was literally the worst thing I have ever installed in my life. It shows it's portable.. I am NEVER taking this thing apart again EVER.
Okay. I love the style and how it fits against your bed. But dear Jesus, take me now. I was fully ready to throw this away and buy something else. The price is all that makes it worth it.
No it is absolutely NOT portable, i promise once you put it together you’re never going to want to take it apart. It is not easy or for the faint of heart when you have a crying infant while trying to build this. I got it relatively quickly compared to what i’ve seen others say. It took maybe 20 minutes.
Install both of the first parts on each side only attaching one side at a time. then go back and put the other parts in. use the ground to hold things together or get a second person involved. i highly recommend getting a second person involved. I did not and boy did i wish i had waited for husband to come home and share the insanity.
I spent a good 10 minutes trying to shove the parts in on each side one at a time and it absolutely does not work, do one attachment on each side and go back to fully connect it. once you get over the initial basket assembly the rest is extremely easy. But wow, Y’all have got to put those parts together when you ship it. As if being a mom isn’t already stress inducing, take some high blood pressure meds before this. and maybe a xanax. i lost years off my life installing this.
Best advice I can give you all now.

The tabs/push pins are stiff.
The poles which go into the top side of the bed into the lock sockets are VERY stiff. Just trying to disassemble it my thumb got cut just from pushing the pin in to remove the upper pole.
Once built it is sturdy, but it is kind big and since you really can't fold it or anything to move it easier you run into needing to remove the legs which are HARD.
This thing does not click into place. What is she even pointing at. My baby gonna sleep in a dresser drawer instead
Ok ok, got it to click in finally. Good luck to anyone else out there trying to figure out the unlabeled left vs right pieces

No. Once you finally get it together, you will never want to take it apart.

The illustrated instructions are terrible!!! Please add word directions this was so much easier rather than trying to look at pictures with no words to describe the steps
This is terrible 9-months pregnant thinking this would be the easiest thing to set up considering no tools needed and im watching this video over and over and overrrr again pausing even on a flat surface and i still cant get it put together nothing snaps that easily at all the lies this is terrible the whole set up is confusing definitely should’ve labeled the parts that comes with this darn bassinet smh
Super hard to assemble, the lady in the video probably has a hulk force to introduce those flat things 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 super disappointing and dissatisfying

No commentary or close angle. The steps are WAY too quick to study the details, so obviously not possible to follow along side by side.
A horrible design don’t not buy. If you are assembling, put back in box and return.
This product is NOT a piece of shit. I’m not the smartest and I was able to assemble myself SO FAST AND EASY lol I absolutely love my halo 👼🏽
