ARBANS SINGLE TONGUE EXERCISE #25

I first began to create these for students who kept asking me about trumpet techniques so I decided to post these short videos for educational purposes.
Each exercise is taken from ARBAN'S COMPLETE CONSERVATORY METHOD FOR TRUMPET by CARL FISCHER and performed by the GREAT RAFAEL MENDEZ!
SUGGESTIONS FOR PLAYING ALONG:
1. If you're unable to keep up, pause the video and take the time to play each note accurately.
2. Take it phrase by phrase. REMEMBER: EVERY NOTE IS IMPORTANT!!
3. When you think you're ready, play along!!
I hope you enjoy playing alongside Mr. Mendez as much as I do. Shadowing the Great Mendez is a great way to improve your sound and technique.
