Einstein the Talking Texan Parrot has a lot to talk about!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 19 лют 2015
- Einstein loves talking about the squirrels, the birds, and many other things as he enjoys time on the back porch.
🐦
Einstein Parrot is a very talkative African Grey Parrot! He lives with us in our home in Texas and was hatched on June 15, 1997. Einstein is a silly, smart, and popular parrot who loves to talk and entertain! He is famous for his impression of Matthew McConaughey, ( • Einstein thinks Matthe... ) NOT the "Einstein" that was featured on the TV show Animal Planet. He likes to talk on various "parrot approved areas" in our home, such as the kitchen drawer, the shower, kitchen chairs, napkin holders, and of course his play perches! Einstein has brought much joy to our lives, but training and living with a parrot requires time, patience, and sacrifice.

I love when he says "Its ok, don't be scared" WAY too cute!
I had a Grey for several years, and they are scary smart! They will startle you with the leaps in logic they can make. I would ask MacCauliffe if she wanted to go out and sit on a swing I had placed on the porch. I always asked her if "she" wanted to go out. Imagine my surprise when one day she said "I want to go out..."
He has the best enunciation of any parrot I've ever heard, and he's adorable to boot!
That includes humans.
My goodness I have never heard a parrot talk so well and clear..he is gorgeous 💗
This is the most beautiful well adjusted healthy african grey I've ever seen. Congrats on being such great bird owners.
+Saundra Badger Thank you for such a kind comment! Thank you so much for watching too!
@@einsteinparrothe's such a legendary bird!
I don't think I'll ever get tired of seeing him wave! That little foot above his head is adorable.
THEE CUTEST!!!
🥰❤❣
What a smart bird!! Not only words, but intonations and body language.
I just noticed he was using his claws and saying "Want a nut?" Einstein not only says it but acts it out too. He never ceases to amaze me💗
Love the way he moves his foot for emphasis like a hand while talking!
He's so cute and intelligent. Speaks so clearly. Love his little foot when he's talking and waving it. ❤️
The "oh, boy," said with such emotion, is simply too adorable!!
Where is it at is at 6:39 or something?
@@thegamingdoge9213 The first time is around 35:44, though he says it 5 or 6 more times during the rest of the video. 🥰🥰🥰
I just realized at the beginning After he said hi. He waved with his foot! Such Talent I'm already in love with this Parrot 😍
imagine you're at a restaurant and your waiter is the parrot. "want some corn?'' so cute
“Want some water?”
“Pouring sound”
Love it !
I love how he starts to whistle the Andy Griffith theme but always switches to singing the rest! 😂
I like how Einstein makes the sound effect of water being turned on by a Faucet it’s incredible. 🦜🚰😧
I know! He can not only replicate human speech but electronic sounds and pretty much any other noise in the world. It's astonishing.
He's really pushing that corn. 😂
😂😂😂 corn surely on his mind a lot.
Even mimics different voice tones 👏👏👏👏👏
The enunciation/clarity is amazing. Social Media opened my eyes to these intelligent little sweeties'
Einstein is totally ADORABLE 🥰 HE is a whole lot of entertainment wrapped up in a whole lot of grey feathers 🤣😅
He is such a precious birdie. It’s hard to believe that he even exists..Marcia and Jeff…this is the result of all of the love and time you have put into Einstein his entire life, and I am sure it is hard work on a daily basis..Yes, there are other birds that talk, but Einstein is over the top.. ❤
What an amazing African Grey, my 11 month old Quaker parrot has picked up on about 40 words Einstein says plus what we have already taught him. And now he is putting sentences together. Had no idea when I got Poncho he would keep us entertained for hours. Parrots are such a blessing to own......
Oh! That's wonderful! That makes me so happy that Einstein is teaching other birds the gift of gab!
Of all the talking birds on UA-cam, Einstein is THE BEST. Amazing
Einstein is like a 3 year old child, copies everything you say, is super curious, and is too cute to leave alone! ❤️
Yes! A 3 year old for the rest of my life! LOL!
Must love his corn his voice goes deeper when its your husband very clever love him
How are you
My African Gray, “Dixie” is mesmerized by Einstein’s videos. I got her as a hatchling, 21 years ago. She’s adding new phrases from Einstein. “Oh Boy.” “Is it good?” “Apple.” “Want some broccol.” 😄
How wonderful! So glad you enjoy watching!
My favorite part is when he says, “WANA GO FLY??? *WEEEEE!”* That’s *SO* cute!
I love when he goes "wheeeee!!" lol 😂
that water sound he makes is amazing, so smart, incredible!
Yes! His water sound is amazing!!💦💦💦
Love this bird ! She is more of a conversationalist than my husband!
🤣
😂😂😂
I can relate!!!!
Love how the only interaction the husband has with the bird is feeding it grapes.
Lol too funny
On the contrary. He loves his Jeff. The more recent and frequent mimic one is the raspberries one. "Raspberries" in Marcia's voice, then "phbbbbt," then "raspberries" in Jeff's voice. lol so cute. 😊
"You wanna go fly weee" so adorable love her
Grace Ressler. Him
He is a male African Gray parrot
@@margaretlavender4418 They just found out his gender a few years ago so it might have been around the time of this video. 🙂
Einstein is beyond amazing! In fact, he speaks better and clearer than a whole lot of people. Einstein is the very first bird I ever saw on UA-cam. Thanks, Marcia and Jeff, for sharing your feathered wonder with the world! 😆 🦜❤️
Einstein looks so healthy and beautiful...
He does, healthy shine on his feathers, clear eyes, smooth beak.
Must be all that healthy corn :-)
2:33 Want a carrot 🥕?
Takes imaginary carrot 🥕 and makes the crunchy sounds 😄🤣💕🦜
He really likes corn.
I like how hes pretending to be the owner with the food so funny, well fed bird with calm environment love iy
"You wanna go fly? WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" X'D I love that
I'm so blown away! His vocabulary is incredible. You can tell Marsha in particular has spent an endless time repeating over and over to him. It blows me away that he can put five words together in a sentence!
"I'll get you some dinner "
There's your five word sentence. Most parrots speak three to four word sentences. Einstein's clearly speaks five!
Yes, what’s a dog woof woof, love it?

What's amazing is that she doesn't seem prone to loud vocalizations (i.e., screaming) like other large birds.

The screaming is a sign of distress. It’s not normal :(
I'm no genius but this guy likes corn
Donald J. Trump who knew that Mr. Trump would be addicted to so many bird videos. You REALLY like that dumb clicker idea. Nobody likes the real trump ( except the ones who do ) but you are a fake.

I love how you can hear the guy and girl owner is his voice
By c.f.
Agree that it seems like his masters voice
I love the sweet voices of the owners Who taught Einstein all this wonderful words he says SO KINDLY. They must be very special. So is Einstein. But you have to talk to the parrot constan Witherspoon
Sorry. My telephone is saying those last two words... constantly with love and dignity and patience. My thanks goes to the owners and then to the GOOD GIRL Einstein and to all the goodies (she or he ) ís rewarded with. Mmmmm broccorn must must be delicious..
Yeah, the guy doesn't say much. Only one thing! Hahaha.
I miss my baby so much. He'd talk through my TV shows and it never once got on my nerves. He'd just rattle on and we'd talk back and forth. CAGs are the best talkers EVER. I would sneeze, and he'd say, "Bless you, Mommy." I think about him all the time. They are such a joy.
Awww so sweet
Thank you for sharing your precious memories with us!!! ❤❤❤❤
I am truly sorry that your Feather Baby went onto his next journey.
I melt when he waves! Love you so much, Einstein!
never, never as in NEVER! Tell your darkest secret to this guy. You’ll be screwed...lol
One thing i love the most is how gentle and sweet Einstein is. You can hear the love and tenderness in his tone and words. I know that is because of the loving treatment he gets from his family!! How wonderful and peaceful. Thank you so much for sharing not only Einstein footage, but also the loving relationship you have with him.
Awe! Thank you! We appreciate your sweet comment so much! We’ve always gave Einstein the love & respect he deserves.
don't get too excited. all parrots bite. CAGs can be the worst. I've been bitten lots of times by a CAG. you go to cover their cage or put in a food dish, one second they're sweet, next minute you get a good bite and then they laugh and say sorry. my macaw does that too. they are secret stinkers
Be kind to all
He is like a cassette, repeating things.Amazing!
he has no choice - the rainforest is quite far away from him😢😥tse1.mm.bing.net/th?id=OGC.2b52260bb77a21e847e3b9ea0a0797b7&pid=Api&rurl=https%3a%2f%2fmedia.giphy.com%2fmedia%2faTdynm9cfgWwE%2fgiphy.gif&ehk=VBVt%2fl1%2bkbHIfYLdOU7va5R3KICBQMo1g3Bp2tSfTbw%3d
Well said and true.
He sure likes corn!😂
You wanna fly? Weeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
BY WHAT EINSTEIN SAYS, YOU CAN TELL HOW KIND HIS “ PARENTS “ ARE‼️
Thank you! Yes they are sweet! 😍
How does she do that water sound?! So smart!!!
i have an african grey, had him for 5 weeks now, what a pleasure to have one!
Do you still have him? I adopted my third bird yesterday. She is a 4 year old Catalina Macaw named Amelia.
Look at the squirrel
He's absolutely amazing! I never heard a bird say so much and actually be able to seriously understand him
27:45 Explains why he's got the name 'Einstein' !!
I really appreciate that he's not been taught to swear - thank you!
You're Welcome! That was the #1 rule when we bought Einstein into our home. No swearing!
My grandma kept two birds, blue crowned conure, and a double yellow naped amazon. That was one of her rules too. The breeders for both birds gave the same advice...don't say anything you'd be embarrassed for them to pick up,because the parrot, ultimately, decides which words it wants to learn. You might think you've been careful, and that they haven't picked anything vulgar up..you can prompt them to say what you want them to,and they never pick it up...but you slip up once, and you get your bird cussing out your church's pastor as he or she comes to eat supper with you.
Yes - he repeats what he hears.
Yes my granddaughter can see Einstein. No swearing in the video 👍
I’m with you. TFS 💕
I think it's the cutest thing when she says "weeee"!! XD

He is wonderful..and speaks so clearly ! What a charmer..lol Love you Einstein.
I used to have a friend who had an African Gray.He was from Alabama, and the bird had a thick southern accent. It was hilarious!
This parrot has more swag than I ever will
I like how he waves 😂👋
amazing, a human stuck in a parrot's body!
Never thought I'd here such an accurate sound of a carrot being eaten. Very impressive
I like how he makes normal bird noises and then:
*whistles, chirps*
"Eat your corn"
*whistles*

Something tells me Einstein gets fed a lot of corn..
+TorkGirl8 And constantly gets told to eat it! :D

You called?
Diverticulitis
Maybe XD
Okay, I'm soaking in a hot tub listening to Einstein talk. More soothing than anything else I could find on UA-cam. Then I started letting the water drain out and wondered how long it would take him to learn to imitate the sound of the water going down the drain.
This grey must be so well integrated into his home and heaps of love and stimulation. Long ago, we had one in an office setting and the poor bird was miserable….plucked his plumage bald. It’s so nice to see this chatty, happy, smart bird.
Einstein is also a comedian hahahahaha
the sounds Einstein makes are so real. no one will say it's a bird talking. just luv u sweetie
I love 💕 when, Einstein raises right claw and waves hello! So adorable 🥰😍
"Wanna go fly ? WEEEEE!!!!"
I love her variations of the Andy Griffith theme song, and I also can't help but giggle when she says "bad, bad birdie" its just too cute imagining her getting into mischief. She just the best
Smoof29 Einstein IS A BOY PARROT
They thought that he was a girl for awhile but yeah he is a boy.
If only dogs could talk like this😱
Thank you for the joy Einstein. I love watching you ...
Marcia and Jeff I'm so pleased I ran across Einstein's UA-cam Channel a short while back. Being in my mid 60's I just love to tap on any Video while I'm doing chores around the house. He keeps me entertained. This Video from 2015 had me laughing so hard every time I heard Einstein say "OH BOY"....I haven't laughed that hard since losing my husband so tragically 13 yrs ago. How he almost spot on mimics the tone of your voices is lovely. Such a lovely Family you have.
This is my Grey Bob's favorite of Einstein's vids .. he talks right back to Einstein, including the wave .. thanks for sharing :)
How darling!!!
I love the way he waves in the beginning!!! So cute!!! And how he makes the noise of a chewing carrot!
Everything he says it's with love, like his owners, beautiful grey bird.
3:17 this is pretty remarkable. She whistles the first three notes of the Andy Griffiths Show theme, then continues the melody perfectly for a few more notes... but not whistling. More like scatting. Amazing really.
HE'S SO CUTE!
Parrots are so smart. I had a blue crowned conure for 28 years. Not as smart as a grey but.... he would say 'night night' when he wanted to be covered for the night. Also 'thats good' when he wanted whatever I was cooking for dinner. Also 'give me a kiss' with kissing noises when he wanted me to pick him up. At least 3 phrases that he(or she) used to express his desires. Would even say 'night night' when my wife fell asleep on the couch and I woke her up to put her to bed, she would say 'I am not sleeping' and the bird would reply 'night night' always made me laugh, even the bird knows. They understand basic concepts. Also 'shut up' in between squawks (or screams) when he was being loud because thats what I would tell him(dont think he understood that concept). I am still broken hearted. Been 3 years since he passed and I still miss 'Verde bird'. He also understood 'thats hot' when I gave him food, he would be careful eating it, had to put it in his dish though because he said 'thats good' and would not shut up until I gave him some. He didn't say it but he understood it. Burned hand teaches best I guess.
So sorry for your loss! 28 years is a long time for a conure! You gave him a good loving home. He was happy! And so very smart! They understand so much more than what people think! Feather Hugs! :>
Thanks for the feather hugs. I really enjoy your videos. Greys are amazing. Is he saying 'grackle'? They are mean nasty birds but I like them too, have to break up a fight in my yard every so often. Also is that a microwave he is doing?
Yes, he is saying grackle. We watch them in the yard and I told him what they where. He liked the word and learned to say it. Here is another video I did when it was one of his favorite words and said it all the time. ua-cam.com/video/7IWvpSHHzkg/v-deo.html He only says it occasionally now and has never learned their "squawky" vocalization. Grackles can be a nuisance. Many people don't like them. We don't have many, so they are OK to visit our yard. The beeps you hear at 36:00 time mark is the sound of programing the microwave. Sometimes it is followed by a long beep, meaning the cooking is complete. He didn't do that part. He also imitates our home security system too as in this video. ua-cam.com/video/ZrKvudS76Hg/v-deo.html. Thanks so much for watching! I hope you will subscribe, if you haven't already done so. :>
My mom has my grandmother's Blue Crown Conure,Sugar, and he will readily tell you 'I'm talking to mama!' if you interrupt one of his speals, lol! He also laughs when Gospel music is on,and tells televangelists to 'shut your mouth!'. He' s 30, and we love every minute we have with him.
My mom had a blue crowned conure...it was so funny watching him age, and become a grumpy old 'man',lol.
“Oh boy!” Cracked me up. This video is fantastic. Like he had to say everything he knows at what time! But he forgot “whatever!” Lol.
He talks better than me. These birds are amazing.💝🐨🐦🐦

most amazing bird I've ever seen! so beautiful & intelligent!
and belongs to the rainforest
He would die if they let him loose.
My favorite is when he says ‘Raspberries’! It cracks me up every time!
I just love Einstein and his little waves to us. So precious. :D
Its like hes telling a story about eating and going for a ride and being a bad bird and all these things he does normally in a day. So cute xD
That's what I was thinking , he is almost reenacting his day at home haha ! it is so cute !
What I love is how his speaking tells us a little bit about Einstein , and it tells us EVERYTHING about the wonderful people in his flock. It’s so rare to hear “No” or “bad bird.” which is often followed by something completely different - and that’s likely exactly the way the interactions happen at home. As much love and fun that Einstein provides to his flock and to us, I’d like to take a moment to sincerely thank and commend you for giving Einstein a rich environment filled with love for him - especially on those perfectly normal human “oh, boy” (said with a bit of a sigh) days. You’re absolutely delightful to watch. Thank you for sharing.
He is so incredibly talented and sweet.....he is extremely funny and cute 😊🥰😂
Just stop and think for a second what’s really going on in the mind of a bird that can speak this much 🥰
Corn, water, squirrel
