WOW!!!! Some amazing finds, those epimorphs and all those botryoidal pieces......DANG. Loved the show and tell with the magnifying glass too, very cool!!✌😎✌
You find all the purdies! Loved all the different agates. It was nice to see your cheery self. Didn't know that tumbleweeds were invasive. Those scallywags!
Aiml!!! Good to see you. Thanks for the content post~ Little worlds of their own inside precious bits of mo earth.😁😁 Hope you and yours are well this holiday season! Gotta go for now but will rewatch when I get back~
I'm back. Super awesome beans finds, but it was better to see you out and about again my friend, I have missed your smile and battles with the plant life, although it looks like the plants got the W today sadly. The award for coolest finds however goes to you! The Ghost agate was very neat, the glow/show effect was beautiful in a Noir sort of way you don't often see today, and those tiny bots are cute as dots, and as far as agate experts, well I'm not that guy, sigh ;( but to my eye that beauty at 27:33 would damn sure qualify! As to exact pedigree I will tell you what I see, I see red and I see bands, I don't see moss and dendrites don't seem to be, so jasper/agate is my decree! There are so many more that are worthy of verse but this is quite long so I will end it like this, I'm sorry your foot has been giving you trouble and I hope it is better soon, it's always fun to go along with you.
They were all pretty but I loved the agatey one at 15:34! Tumbling ball o fire definitely not good 🙃 cute kitty, too! Absolutely loved seeing the close-ups. Thanks for sharing the fun!
Those agates are so amazing! You are so lucky to live in an area where such beautiful agates are literally, right outside your door! They are just amazing! What do you do with your finds? Do you tumble them? Do you polish them? Make jewelry out of them? Wire wrap? They are just amazing! Thanks Alice! ❤ Glad you are back!
Hi Lisa! Thank you so much. Im so grateful to live where I do. I definitely don’t take any of it for granite ;). I’m hoping, hoping, hoping to be able to get a cabbing machine sometime soon. I would love to create some jewelry. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
yeah !! there are some of those very stones waiting at my house !! thank you ! cant wait to get to that point, almost there, really cool to see where they came from. : ) these round ones might have rainbow iris in them they have that look !!
Alice in Mineral Land!? I can't tell you how good it is to see you face! I really missed you! You came back and hit the mother lode of beautiful agates too, : )
@@AliceinMineralLand Thank you for mentioning "away from the houses and ranches". I have people park and walk on or near my property and definitely on my neighbor's property.
if you have iron within... you get red... if you have green within... it's some form of copper within. each mineral when the agate is formed dictates the colors you see
Second! Woot!! Woot!!! So glad you are back! Will watch later, but for now! Yay!!!
Thank you my friend!!

The good news is that rocks are very, very patient. I think they could be iris too! Can’t wait to cut some!
Thank you Nate ☺️

Hello!! I missed everyone too! I decided I owed y’all some real stunners after being gone so long. :)
Alice, whereabouts were you in Acton? I'm heading there this spring and would like to do some searching and hounding. Thanks.
The most accessible area is Hubbard road (away from the houses and ranches). They are just off the north side of the road in the red colored dirt. :)
@@AliceinMineralLand woohoo, thanks.
@@AliceinMineralLand Thank you for mentioning "away from the houses and ranches". I have people park and walk on or near my property and definitely on my neighbor's property.
goat heads have that rose toxin also, ouch !
Is that why those little things hurt so much??
Alice in Mineral Land!! You’re back!!! Yay!!😃 SO GLAD to see your sparkliness again! 💎
We missed you! Hope to see more!
Thank you so much JB! I hope to be around more too 🤍
@@AliceinMineralLand ❤️
Sooo beautiful
Thank you!
I’m in Canyon Country, I need to check that area out!
Absolutely! I’m near CC too.
it's the same thing with most rocks that you see...when they are formed each have a particular mineral within the molecules
Your “ goat-heads” are our “ hitch-hikers” or “ sand-spurs” and yes…they sting and hurt. 😫OUCH! Great finds and I’m a little green with envy. 😉☺️
Oh my goodness those nasty little things! Thanks for stopping by!
Hubbard Cyn?
Yup!
I need to get to acton and rockhound
Totally!
@@AliceinMineralLand where do you go in acton? Houses are everywhere
💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
Hilarious I love that weather… sarcasm..
❤😮 y love Agates
Me too!
if you have iron within... you get red... if you have green within... it's some form of copper within. each mineral when the agate is formed dictates the colors you see
red in the agates you are showing is not jasper. it's called carillon. which is iron within the agate
My Left Foot. hmm sounds like a plot for a movie.
😂 didn’t Daniel day Lewis win an Oscar for that??
with the agates that you are showing ...they aren't jasper..... they are carnelian. which is iron within the agate
Where in cali are you
Santa Clarita :)
Santa Clarita :)
If you're looking for a good rock club you may want to consider Sierra Pelona rock Club in Santa Clarita.
