- We show you how to make Arabic coffee, UAE style. In Arabic, the word for coffee is qahwa. Qahwah is the coffee from the Kingdom of Arabia. Coffee is a part of Arab culture. In the UAE where we live, you will see people drinking it all the time. This recipe shows you how to make the traditional coffee that Arab people (and Emiratis) love to drink it. 😋☕️
Ingredients you'll need to make Emirati Arabic coffee:
1 liter of water
1 cup of Finjan grinded coffee beans
1 teaspoon of cardamom
Half teaspoon of clove
A pinch of saffron
Equipment that you'll need to make Arabic coffee:
A dallah (an arabic coffee pot)
Arabic coffee cups

What is the ingredients percentage?
I thought Arabic Qahwa was supposed to be made from Green Coffee (unroasted coffee beans) and cardamom. Roasting the coffee changes the flavor profile and color of the beverage. I'm curious if Qahwa is made in multiple ways or if there is one preferred way of making it.
Actually arabic coffee is always roasted, but the roasting can vary from light to dark

Grinded Coffee powder+ Ginger powder and little cloves powder, cardamom, a pinch of saffron and make to boil for 20minutes and let all the ingredients set to bottom and pour the water to a qahwa cup and drink this is traditional way...
