Also 19:00 I LOVEEE doing this at the end of a busy day just being on your feet, especially when you feel the slight tingly sensation of the tension released from being on your feet all day! It's one of the really good ways to prevent spider veins since women are more prone to that and idk about you but if one of your best features about yourself is your legs, then you gotta take care of them well!
