Tate is such a lovely personality onstage.
Holy cow! Even at 11 years old that delectable linguica, Antonio Casalinho, was a marvel. Therefore, no one will be surprised he won the Gold Medal at the Prix de Lausanne this past February.
the 11 year old doing Grand pas tho
Juliette Bosco's Grand pas classique was INCREDIBLE
omg the girl who won gold for junior is amazing!!!!
The dancer who did the variation la Esmerelda was amazing! Her ending was different and slightly more complicated than other Esmerelda variations!
But she had some problems with the rithm.
Why is 11 yrs old insanely too young and then the 12 yr old is so amazing?? I mean 11 and 12 are both young but they were both amazing
19:35 Prix de Lausanne's contemporary piece
+Victorya Lee I have figured that out as well!!!! I prefer Julian MacKay's version though :)
Hooray! I've been waiting for this! Thank you for posting it!
Little did they know so many of these kids would be so famous
3:20 Grand Pas Classique for 11 years old !?!?
At least she did really good
wait why not
yes
@@nameless9796 it’s super hard, it’s tones of relieves and you need real strength and endurance to do it. Most 11 year olds just got their pointe shoes.
Yuuujooo!! México!!🤗😊😋😘😄😆
omg tate i lover her soo much
GOOO TATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Parabéns muito Lindos!!!!
como é linda a força de vontade destas crianças
tate is insane
yaaaass Avery slayyyy
Lil baby Avery
Evelina Nesseler-Cass I know! She like comes out and shook everyone
ohmigod. Rio Anderson is the absolute best!!!!!
Yoona Lee she rejected Harvard just to enter to a company
I almost want to ban Esmerelda just because so many people do it.
I want to ban GRAND PAS CLASSIQUE!!!
almost no one does it nowadays prix de lausanne has only ever had 3 esmerelda solos
and, esmerelda always gets 3 rd place
@@nameless9796 yay somebody mentions the prix de lausanne :D
its like the best variation tho
Is May Nagahisa here? It's because when I search May Nagahisa, this video shows up... But I'm not sure if she's in here...
Ines Kwong // watch the video then.
what music does the boy in white dance to!?
Music for Brady Farrar Contemporary ballet piece? Starts around 2:08
Rachel Hosey sorry this is so late but I believe it is called Spring 1
Does anyone know the song starting at 1:36
Does anyone know the name of the music at 11:00 that the dancer is dancing (beautifully) to?
Primavera by Ludovico Einaudi!
happy ballet da y! I'm a ballerina
late but did tate preform a variation?
11 yr old grand pas classique ahahhhhhhh
Few skills but no coup de pied which is a main problem for a dancer
14:34 what variation is that?
That's Bianca Scudamore performing the Satanella Variation. Bianca is currently a company member at Paris Opera Ballet.
18:11 name of the piece please?
고양이네 찌니 acteon variation for women:)
@@thaliabk thank you so much!!
Diana and acteon
17:23? someone helppp
siegfried adagio variation from swan lake!
19 variation?
If you are talking about the variation at 19:00 minutes, It's from Diana and Acteon
14:40 variation?
Satanella Variation
Satanella Variation
is it just me or should the junior silver medalist (girls) shouldve been bronze.. theres just something about her feet that is very uncontrolled and floppy almost. i see a lot of flexed feet coming down and a few sickles.
KradVortex I agree with you, however YAGP is very political. It’s hard to tell sometimes if the dancer got the award for their skill or for their connections.
In her classical I think I missed the flexed feet, but in her contemporary dance I think the flexed feet was intentional
0:01 variation?
Lorde Dent pas d’Esclave from le Corsaire
Pas d'esclave
variation at 3:19?
Lindsay&Fifi Beauty Grand Pas Classique
Lindsay&Fifi Beauty Grand Pas Classique
5:52 Was her music horribly off, or is it just me?
Remy Mafia No your right. She was either rushing or the music was to fast for her
Horrible feet without coup de pied
This is stupid. Why children do adults variations ?
Because ballet has evolved into nothing but tricks and acrobatics, in which these kids are clearly talented in :/
Nilas spasov you obviously don't know anything about ballet
Yes, I am sure you are expert , but yes I think it is very stupid !!!
It is a lot of choreography for proper age to do with out harming this children. That is my opinion !!!You are free to have yours as well .
many of these kids want to join a company so by performing a variation, the scouts can decide if they have potential for the company in the future! it is stupid because many times they may have the technique but not the maturity to fully perform the roles so I agree with you
Well there are very few “kids” variations for them to choose from (which is why nowadays YAGP is flooded with Fairy Dolls) so they often have no choice but to do an adult variation
