Hello thanks for the advice. I actually mistakenly Press the reset button. I use two routers in a building. Each up and down floor. The up floor has etherble cable, while the down floor is wireless. Challenge now is, it is the down floor that was reset. I followed the instructions here, but I go down stairs, it will show me connected, no internet.

Bro, that means you plugged your ethernet cable in the wrong slot.
Behind the router there are 2 types of slots, WAN and LAN. Try to insert the cable in both of them.
