Aoa sir my mother passed away on july22 2020 now we are only 4 ,3 brothers and 1 sisterthe parent office of my mother wrote a letter to finance division for clarification in response they said children of late are not eligible for leave encashment as they don't come under the term "family" for the purposes of family pension revised leave rules 1981 rule #9 we all are above 18
