Yeah a new seriese we would call swapped were the lines are swapped, for example pokemon swapped diamond and reversed pearl or opposite ruby and flipped saphire.

Honestly these are amazing. Most evo swaps I've seen are just the same Pokémon but with sizes swapped. These actually feel thought out and linked together. 👍

Ryperior becoming a nappy wearing baby with a rattle tail that it probably uses to scare off bigger foes or warn of danger aounds so cute. And they get bulkier as they evolve and more protective awww i think its so adorable
Scizor should've been a first stage in the first place ngl, the crab claws turning into scythes works much better so this is a win.

Or maybe Scyther and Scizor should swap their scythes and claws respectively.
Actually, the three have the same amount of total stats, but with different organization.
With scizor and scyther, scyther is faster, but scizor is armored and still can cut with that claws, but now also can work as hard hitter.
Just FYI, the real world animal that trapinch is based on is called an ant lion and its jaws snap shut at about 90mph. so this trapinch needs a buff but is a really cool idea.
Trapinch looks like she'll ask you to pet her kitty.

@@Gorgosauruslibra Rhyperior didn't ruin anything imo, Rhyhorn and Rhydon (deez nuts) were pretty boring and forgettable pokemon so it makes since why they wanted to give Rhydon (deez nuts) a new evolution.

Rhyperior -> Rhydon -> Rhyhorn actually makes a ton of sense. It loses the extra padding and then gets so big it has to crawl on all fours. Big boi
Scyther, Scizor and Kleavor already have the same BST of 500, so i can see they being interchangeable with Scyther being the evo
it's a good idea to explore this concept in the pokemon world. this can keep the pokemon world fresh.

I have an idea for the Ralts line.
Gardevoir and Gallade are Psychic/Ghost and Fighting/Ghost, respectively. They evolve into Kirlia, whose type is based on what it evolved from. The Gardevoir variant evolves into a spirit medium version of Ralts, while the Gallade variant is more like an onmyoji; both forms have the same exclusive move, but it deals either Psychic and Ghost or Fighting and Ghost damage based on its type.
Rhyperior is one of only 3 Pokémon I will readily slander so I feel a strong sense of camaraderie here. Great job on its its evo swap!

Why is mega evolution so popular? I honestly think the other gimmicks do it better, but maybe it's just the fact I didn't play the gen 6/7 games

You can use the other gimmicks on any pokemon,so there wouldn't be a point in using a trashy Mon now since there's better options
