My husband was a runner for over 30 years, the only time he got shin splints is when he didn’t change out his shoes every six months! Please make sure that you have good running shoes. They break down very easy and that causes shin splints.
Don’t worry if you don’t plant veggies, you can always buy them for canning. I buy a lot of my canning vegetables at an auction or farmers market.
I am struggling with my health hard core I have cried I pray 🙏 you bring e so much comfort!!!!! I need prayer I want to have your energy!!!!!!!! I just feel so awful !!!! Sending hugs... I hope that your health improves.. I know that I have also been struggling with what I call the mystery illness, because Dr's have run tests and things and still haven't figured it out. Trying a different practice to see if they have any different ideas, because my joints and body still hurt and have had weird nerve/dizziness/feeling like I'm gonna passout all mixed together when I move or anything moves me.
Before you even started talking I thought, “Wow! She’s looking fabulous!” Very inspiring!

I’d like to suggest that you plant some zinnias. They are super easy to plant from seed. They keep spreading and blooming all summer until it frosts. My husband plants them for me to use as a cutting garden every year. It makes my heart happy every time I look at them.😊

Flowers are beautiful but there is nothing like growing your own vegetables and fruit! So satisfying to eat out of your own garden!
When I have to mash up a lot of bananas, I use my meet masher that I use on ground meet, it works great.

There was an Italian family (parents born and raised in Italy and spoke very little English) and their daughter said that their mother cooked EVERYTHING over HIGH FLAME and she spattered food everywhere and left it for someone else to clean up. They would fuss at her to use much LOWER heat and she would say, "No, no, I cooky fast!".

Oh my - that philly cheesesteak casserole is going on my weekly plan and may be added to my regular freezing cooking schedule if the kiddos love it! ♥ It was hilarious when you talked about 13 pounds of ground beef being normal - I totally relate. I put chili powder on the meat when it’s almost done browning. It turns out great. Then add a little more if I don’t use chili ready diced tomatoes.

That canopener my mother and father I law got for my husband and I.
They got it because one year our little hand can opener decided to play dirty and wouldn't work. Got that one fixed, but they got us the electronic one thinking our little one would stop worker shortly.
The electric can opener has been sitting in its box since we got it 2 years ago. We still have our original little can opener I fixed. It's still working and is playing nice for now. Lol

Yes ! I’m so glad about you getting microphone because I’ve been watching your channel back when you were having to use your kitchen table for your countertop and all your children were very young but in your new kitchen the volume is all over the place . In some spots you can hear you but mostly not because when you’re talking normally it’s not loud enough. So I’m hoping that the mics help in that situation because it’s frustrating to be watching and constantly missing half of everything your saying every time your speaking! Blessings 💕

Congratulations on your weight loss journey. I myself have lost 64# but had some major life issues gained 17# back down 10# still have a ways to go. I'm very happy for you. I love the longer videos. I float, test my eggs as well as break them in a separate bowl. I had some strange experiences with farm freash eggs.😮 be blessed
An OXO Good Grips manual can opener is the BEST I have found. It opens ALL sizes of cans with ease. Easy in the joints too!
