I bought this product on a Broward Home Show this early September and I got to use it today. I followed the instructions based on the above tutorial. I does not remove the wrinkles as shown. I tried it on a shirt as shown in the tutorial, it did not remove the wrinkles as shown in the demo. I tried because i was really impressed that i got two. And no it did not work for me at all.
this steamer works great. no need to pull out the ironing board and burn the crap out of my cloths using my old steamer/iron. I bought mine at a kiosk in a mall but the salesperson said I'd only need to add the salt the very first time I use it and wouldn't have to ever again add the salt. So is he mistaken?
The Blade Runner I just buy mine yesterday at a kiosco on the mall and the salesperson tell me the same thing only put salt the first time and after that just water no salt never again
I was misinformed about the salt the first time too but figured out to put it every time. Sales people don't know much, never take their word as the rules... the included instructions should be very simple and clear, they are not. Why instructions get written like a sales pitch for so many products confounds me.. the only reason I see this so often that makes sense is they want products to break down to sell more? Planned obsolescence? I have some instructions for eBay stuff from China I keep as funny reads for visitors.. "you enjoy you battery very much we sure!" is written twice for a laptop battery and theres no indication of the compatible laptop..

Just got mine from tge WI State Fair today and was told to scan the QR Code to register. All that does is take you to the how to use tutorial. Tried going on to the 2 web addresses on the box and only get error messages. How do you get this registered. Also did not get a cash register or sales receipt and paid $60 in cash! Wanted to get the travel bag they had on our first visit there on the 2nd day of the Fair but now today they were out and I made a special trip back just so I could get this to use on our vacations!
I bought mine at a yard sale. It was new in the box but the box had been opened. It did not come with the water measuring cup or the salt measuring cup. 😕 Can you provide exact measurements for the water and salt please?
Dump Anout a fistful of salt in there, then fill it up for a few seconds. If it doesn’t heat up, add more salt. If nothing at all happens, add more water. If water goes everywhere, dump some out.
I’m so sorry to hear that it doesn’t meet your expectations. Make sure you’re actually touching the fabric with the steamer because it will not work from a distance Best of luck to you!

I purchased my steamer at the Mall in Las Vegas and the steamer works great.
The product works well. They sell it online for $200, but you can get it at the mall with a salesperson for $60 or less.

when u ran out of water while steaming u dnt need to add more salt.
The Blade Runner u have to add salt after you clean the steamer. The steamer doesn’t work with out salt. No salt, no steamer.
