You are an angel in disguise. I have been diagnosed with ALS/Lou Gehrig disease. Your exercises really help me to hang on to my speech as long as I can. I truly appreciate you. Please continue to help as many people as you can. Thank you for your compassion!

Hi! You are so welcome. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be when people can't understand. If these exercises are helpful I am really really glad- more on the way!
Ashleen, if you train yourself to sing + speak a litlte more slowly, it will help a lot. It will take practice. In case you use songs on UA-cam, I made a video about slowing down: ua-cam.com/video/aMbZJWRw9hE/v-deo.html You can do it! 🗣💪
