The persona series has a small pool of voice actors. Yukari is also Kawakami, Makoto (P3) is also Yosuke, Narukami is also Adachi, and Yukiko is also Ohya.
It's not persona 5 style it's just updated models and graphics not particularly a style. And if you wanna be technical, you want a persona game in the catherine style.

You know what, I’ve always found these games to be weird and uncomfortable, specifically these cutscenes and I think I’ve finally figured out why they bother me. The characters almost always stare right at you, and their movements always feel really unnatural and exaggerated to an uncomfortable degree.
