Yes Jillian!!! I'm not game enough to do anything myself yet so watching others go first is a bonus. Ha!

This was super helpful as I'm considering the same treatment. I would love for you to do a follow-up on any other treatments you try for your lighter spots that didn't completely go away. You look great!!
I am having a similar treatment done tomorrow and I really appreciated your candid and practical advice about it so I can be prepared. Thank you!
I just had this done last night! Thanks for your video, it helps to see what I can expect over the next few days and weeks!
Super interesting! Thank you for an honest walk-through of what it was like & the healing process :) You're a brave woman for posting this & I really appreciate it :)
Thanks for the low down on the treatment. I'm going in for BBL to begin to pay for my transgressions of the 90's. Great results. Great videos!
Thank you SO much for your posts! I just had a HALO tx 2 weeks ago and it has helped tremendously. I’m so grateful !!
Good Job describing the procedure = Informative and great seeing each day's progress.
Thanks for sharing your experience! This was interesting to watch. It can definitely get scary deciding to get a treatment like yours because I'm so afraid it's going to end up messing up my skin eventually.
Thank you for sharing your experience!! I have been considering this treatment and your explanation is very detailed and specific! Loved it! I am an esthetician and work with skin all the time...so this treatment will definitely help me stay looking a few years younger, (which is crucial in my business) ;) and after watching, I will definitely get it...and take your advice on downtime!
Very helpful. I love reviews of procedures that I’m considering.
I had Halo/BBL yesterday on my face/neck/chest. I did have numbing cream applied prior to the procedure and I was pretty comfortable. Until after!! Wow. Literal fire. I used the cold air in the office for about 15 minutes. Being that it’s covid times and I’m in Michigan, masks are mandatory inside buildings. The receptionist was very understanding and allowed me to slide my mask off for the few minutes I was there because it felt like lava. It’s winter and I drove with my window down. The heat lasted for a few hours. When I say heat, I mean fire. I did use a small fan blowing directly on my face for a couple hours and that helped. Today... no pain. I’m very swollen and it feels tight and obviously I’m red. Would 100% do it again if I get good results.
I just had this treatment here in AZ. Your description of how painful it was it absolutely true. I felt like my face was in lava. I had mine done at a plastic surgeons office and they gave me a Xanax, and I’m so thankful they did. I passed out when I got home and the pain was gone. I’m on day 2 right now and not experiencing any itching yet. Thank you for the video. It is helpful!
Ya I think next time I'm gonna need a Xanax hah... hope your recovery goes well!
Wow, that's a really long recovery time especially for someone working full time- looks like it took 10 days for the red color from the procedure for your skin to be normal color again. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! Everything I was reading was saying that it wasn't painful and I found it Painful during and after, I don't know my results yet but they had better be worth it. I appreciate you sharing your experience
Really enjoyed the video. I had my consultation and am looking to bold in the coming week. Know how to plan for downtime and what to expect day by day was very helpful,
Great video! Just FYI, since you mentioned IPL-IPL is actually not great for melasma (although it is good for other forms of pigmentation) and can actually make it worse 😩 I learned that after having a series of 3 with no noticeable results. I’m glad this worked for you and I’d love to see more treatments!
Just got that done today and it does hurt! Thank you for your video at least I know what to expect for the next few days :)
Great video. Answered all my questions. ♥️♥️
You are The only person explained very well
I didn't think it hurt at all! I think it differs from person to person. Also, my doctor wouldn't let me ice or put a fan on me b/c they said it would make it burn even more since you're trapping the heat underneath you're just cooling the top. I'm on day 3 post treatment interested to see how it turns out.
Fraxel dual definitely has less downtime than a halo. I asked for quite an aggressive fraxel treatment and I did it on a Friday and by Tuesday I was able to go out. Halo is about 7-10 days downtime.
Great video...would love to see more cosmetic treatments/serices!
Great video…I really appreciated your post treatment day to day results! Thanks so much for sharing!!
I’m so glad! I have some new derm treatment videos coming up, with IPL lasers, filler and more. Stay tuned!
Since it hurt so much I bet it was stronger than mine - mine didn’t hurt at all. I just had it done 3 days ago so I’m waiting to see the after results - I just have little brown spots everywhere. I’m not as raw as you - I kind of hope she used strong enough, because I have a lot of hyperpigmentation. My under eyes looked really red just like yours. I hope it’s worth the price.
Thanks so much for putting up such an open and honest video! I had Fraxel CO2 laser in 2012 and it went really wrong leaving me with hyperpigmentation where the doctor used a different laser along my jawline to avoid too much pain. I was in a skin treatment place for sun spots recently and the lady said they could now fix the hyperpigmentation with the halo and a broadband treatment at the same time. I was hesitant but found your video and could see it wasn't going to be as traumatic as the CO2. In 2012 there were no patient videos like this available and you just had to trust the doctor was being truthful. Scary times! It's so much better to see for yourself other people's experience, M.E.N.D.'s and all! :D Anyway I'm day 3-4 now and it's looking really promising. Again, massive thanks. Your skin looks gorgeous.
allthingslinear Can you give an update please? Hope you’re well!
Wow your skin looks AWESOME. It looked beautiful before but I certainly see the results!
Thanks! It really developed over the next few months too. I would say I saw new results up to 6 months or so
I had LaseMD two weeks ago. I am scheduled for two more treatments. My response and healing was very similar to yours. However, I am 70 so MUCH older. I am happy with the results. My sunspots are not gone but significantly minimized. Two more treatments will hopefully be as effective as the first.
Oh that's great! I think it definitely varies depending on the person but I'm glad you had a good experience
Just did this - it does hurt really bad! Pain starts to go away ~3 hours after they are finished. I was surprised by how much it hurt too!
Hi Jillian, I am considering this also. Do you feel it built collagen? Also, are you still happy with the results?
oh wow!! I was really considering it but that's pricey!!! i'm from Portugal and i'm going to get a rhinoplasty in a couple of months and that will only cost 3000€ ! I may look into this to see if its cheaper here, because your results look great!
Thank you for making/posting this video. I just did the Halo procedure a couple days ago and watching this took away some of the anxiety I was feeling today. I too am glad that I don't have anywhere to go for several more days.
gbauman1971 how did your treatment go? I have an appointment in 2 days
I was wondering if you have tried hydroquinone cream for those skin issues? I usually get hyperpigmentation after a strong laser treatment such as the CO2 laser or a chemical peel and a prescription hydroquinone has been very effective.
I watched this video before I had it done. You were not kidding about the pain. WOW! The first few hours are agony! People should be aware of how much it hurts and all the down time. Thanks for posting this video.
I found it super painful too! Like 9 out of 10. I could barely make it to the end. I was surprised to read people rate it as a 4 out of ten.
@@dhirkala Of course everyone's pain tolerance is different, but I also would think it may have to do with the type of pre-care that the laser specialist does for you. I was soooo afraid that I was going to be in excruciating pain during HALO. This is because I have had other non-related procedures done in the past that other people said didn't hurt that bad, but they were hell for me! But also vice versa. For example, I just got HALO done today. I read and watched so much about how extremely painful it would be. But I would rate mine at most a level 5 out of 10 (and maybe some 6 for about 15 seconds altogether, spread out throughout the treatment). I think this is because my specialist told me that their center uses the strongest numbing cream that money can buy. She also had me sit with the cream on for an entire hour. I read that one woman only sat with the numbing cream on for ten minutes 😲! I WOULD still describe it as very painful, though. But -- not as painful as I expected it to be. I also have a suspicion that it might depend on the particular person who does your treatment somehow. I made sure I went to a very reputable surgery center in town (which I had previously gone to for a surgery years before and which I went to the first time I did any fillers/botox years before as well).
*oh, and I forgot to say that I would also think the pain would be worse if you have to have more a aggressive treatment. I decided to start early (at age 34) for preventative reasons and so I feel "lucky" that that meant that I probably had the least aggressive HALO treatment done.
Thank you, really helpful to see the stages of recovery!
I’m so glad it was helpful!
This was super helpful and educational, as i am considering this treatment or a BBL treatment. Thank you for sharing your experience!
I just had my first BBL laser treatment for rosacea veins on my face. After one treatment I do see minor results. They recommended is 3. Then again I only had it done yesterday so the results are Not fully in effect yet. I think about 2 weeks I will see more results. But just after one treatment I see descent results
I'm so glad!
Hi. Thanks for the video. I had a Halo treatment this past Thursday. Today is Monday and I'm still quiet red, rough and swollen. I'm kind of freaking out now because my husband's high school reunion is on next Saturday (1 week and 2 days after my treatment). In your experience is it wishful thinking to hope that I'll look normal by then?
I am four days after treatment. Even with the numbing cream it hurt like heck! They gave me nitrous oxide to take the edge off but I wish I had taken something before. I drove home with the AC on high, got home and went to bed. Ice packs were a necessity! I don’t know how they say it is painless. The mends are pretty wild and my face felt like sandpaper! I was swollen like a chipmunk! As they come off I am amazed that the sun spots are disappearing. Don,t think I would ever do another treatment. I have been hiding at home! Will venture out tomorrow...with lots of sunscreen. Maybe I am a wimp! I am impressed however with the results so far. We shall see!
Donna Barnett you’re not a wimp- more than numbing cream is needed for sure. I had full face nerve block injections- couldn’t eat, smile or talk for three hours... then took a hydrocodone and went to bed when injections wore off- next day was totally fine- no pain- just the scabby swelling and all. How are you now??
Did you need to take painkillers after the procedure? I’m getting mine tomorrow. Thanks for making this video💕
I found this super interesting, even though as someone who works in an office I could never do a treatment like this because I would have to look presentable at work and can’t stay at home for a week. I’m with you on falling asleep early from allergy medicine. I’ve tried almost every non drowsy allergy medicine and they all knock me out! Will be interesting to see if you have long term results from the treatment! :)
Great video, I’ve been thinking about having this done and it has helped in my decision making! Thank you!
Kara B. Me too!
silversprings62 I’ve had two Halo lasers done in the past two months. The swelling, peeling and itching was a total pain but the results I’ve gotten are great. I have very fair skin and we typically tend to respond better to lasers.
You’re so beautiful! ❤️ love the video :)
Do you have any ideas the differences between Sciton Halo VS Cutera Pearl laser?
Thanks for such a thorough review, thumbs up
Glad it was helpful!
Jillian did you do a second treatment ? And if you do will you please post a video and let us know what your second treatment was like and the results
You're gorgeous and I love your eyebrows haa great video thanks for the info
U r the only one person explain very well😍😍
Loved your video. Do you recommend Halo or Fraxel for more skin glow and less fewer lines? Thank you
I've never tried Fraxel, so can't speak to that, but from what I understand Halo has less downtime. I'd ask your derm!
I just had the Halo procedure done on my face and neck. I am on day 4 of healing and look kind of crazy still. I went in for my treatment an hour before the procedure. They put numbing cream on my face and neck. I just relaxed for an hour until it was time to start. The numbing cream definitely works. There was very little pain and the procedure was tolerable. I advise the numbing cream for the Halo for sure. Your results are beautiful! :)
Hi Donna - agreed, the numbing cream is a must! It was quite painful for me actually. I hope your healing goes well!
Just had mine today at 2pm. It’s 11:30pm and I still have burning, but Definitely not as severe as right after the treatment. Nervous because according to my doctor, it should have subsided by now. Do you remember when the pain subsided completely?
You may have answered this already, but what level of intensity did you do? I think there are 3 levels?
Do you think the laser treatment is more effective than the blue chemical peeling?
Girl - what did you use on your eyebrows in the closing slides? They look amazing! I've been looking for a new eyebrow gel or something that shapes them
I believe it was Benefit 24/7 brow gel!
Ur face looks amazing.. bf ur face was beautiful now u look flawlessly beautiful...I've had chemical peels bf and my results was amazing bt I can't deal with the after pain and itchiness any more I am thinking of getting a chemical peel done soon bt I keep remembering the after pain and the redness! Thx for sharing..u look amazing always!
Hi Jillian - thanks for this - just wondering, did you go for additional sessions? Or did you see progressive improvement? I am considering it
I haven't gone yet, but will in the next year or so (depending on COVID). Definitely saw progressive improvement over the following year!
ugh the pigmentation i have is from breakouts...if i broke out after a painful, expensive treatment to remove pigment caused by breakouts i'd probably just cut off my head and start over.
Hahaha I was pretty bummed about it... but it's actually not uncommon and they've healed up nicely :)
xx Jill
I felt vicarious trauma cus I know (girl I KNOW. trust.) what it's like getting my breakouts handled and start working on my actual skin never mind aging and then WILD NEW BREAKOUTS APPEAR. Like wtf kind of sick world are we living in. Fuck it I'm starting a support group lmao.
1. The doctor should have suggested she start on an antibiotic a few days before the treatment to prevent any potential infection or acne or milia breakout triggered by the procedure.
2. IMPORTANT - if you've ever had a cold sore, you MUST take an antiviral medication like Zovirax in advance of the treatment otherwise you may get extensive fever blisters that will be triggered by the facial trauma, even if you haven't had a fever blister in years.
Both of these medication can and should be prescribed by the treating doctor ahead of time. Ask for them!
3. A topical numbing cream can be put on the skin 1/2 hour ahead of the procedure. There is no reason they didn't offer this to her. It would have helped a lot with the pain during the procedure. Educate yourself and ask for it!
My clinic provides anti-viral meds as this can trigger cold sores. I had breakouts when I did a fraxel.
Did you do another? I just did my first a month ago , doctor recommended another with in 3-6 months.
As someone who has gotten Halo laser and looked to videos to help see. You MUST get the laughing gas and nurse Jamie roller!!! My skin was so itchy but you can’t scratch bc it will peel the skin!
Ok goood to know! Thanks!
sooo good video..without messing around....👍👍👍👍
Your skin looks lovely, Jillian.
Thanks Debbie :)

I had the BBL + MOXI 2 days ago. I went to work right after it was done but looked a little sunburned. On day 1 skin was so annoyingly sandpapery feeling but not red and not swollen, fortunately. I agree with what you say because they also told me "no downtime" but you really should plan to stay home for a couple of days at least so that people aren't staring. The numbing cream helped - I didn't feel pain at that stage. Did you end up getting the second treatment?
Questions, if you don't mind Jess: Specifically why did you go for BBL (light) *and* Moxi (laser)? Did you have them done at the same time or on different days? Did you just have the one session (of each)? How did your treatment pan out?
@soots-stayingoutofthespotl5495 in short, it was offered as a combined treatment for more prominent results to target a few different issues and one was targeting hyperpigmentation to even out skin tone and the other was to boost collagen production for problem areas where I had some slight scarring and to tighten up under eyes. It was also done in the same session, one after the other.
Full story: I did a series of 3 treatments and was extremely impressed, especially because the old acne scar/divet is now gone. The broken capillaries around nose area were also taken care of and my skin tone is so even that it appeared I was wearing foundation even when I wasn't. My pore size also shrank down. I'm actually planning on requesting a 4th treatment because this one "mole/beauty spot" that I hated gets lighter every time and now it's almost fully skin colored. She did tell me that the laser will target the pigment but doesn't simply remove the mole entirely but for me it's almost barely visible. I don't really have wrinkles yet, but had a somewhat blotchy, tired appearance that just looked dull, in my opinion. To me, the improvement in pore size and scarring was enough to make the treatments worth it. For me there wasn't any pain or sunburned feeling on the day following the treatment. It was just kind of swollen and ugly looking. As an edit to my initial post (which was added after only doing one treatment), she did increase the intensity on the second and third treatment, now that she knew how I responded to the first treatment. So following treatment 2, there was swelling and redness.
For the third treatment, I tried taking an Allegra on the day of the treatment and on the day after (in addition to trying to sleep with my head elevated and avoiding high salt on the day of the treatment). That seemed to work wonders for the recovery.
It can take a few days for the MENDs to go away (practitioner noted it generally takes longer the older the patient is, but varies and can take up to a week for some). For me, it was almost gone by day 3 so scheduling treatment after work on a Friday worked out fine to be decent by Monday.
Sorry, I know that was waaaay more info than you requested. 😉
Nice, current, honest, thanx
What treatments is this? fractional laser co2?
why did you go through all this? you looked perfectly fine before the procedure!
Did you get a light, medium or deep one?
Can we apply makeup two day after the treatment??
I just had this done yesterday and honestly I had minimal pain. My face today is so swollen and red though. I’ve had a few years of BBL so it was time to step up my game. Hopefully i love the results!
Why u have done for and how you feel about results ..
@@peacefull_muslimah I had it done for anti aging and sun damage. Day 2 I swelled up pretty badly and my fave broke out in tiny blisters everywhere. It’s not a normal reaction though. My immune system is just weird. I did have to take steroids to help with the inflammation but I’m 4 weeks out now and will definitely do it again! It’s worth every penny! I also had BBL done prior to the Halo which helped bring the sun spots to the surface and helped with redness.
@@bnb0510 ok thank u so much i had done fraxel dual resurfacing 2 years back and then done 4 sessions of ipl for sun damage and then done glycolic peel nothing work for me all were very temporarily beneficial for my sun damage and now thing to go for Fraxel laser and it is very expensive for me ..
@@peacefull_muslimah oh man I’m sorry. I hope you find some that works for you. Xoxoxo

How many time after the treatment you was not able to have sun exposure?
I have scheduled for 3 treatments. After seeing tour first treatmwnt I cant imagine ANYONE wanting to do it again and again!
Hahah it is a bit painful for sure.
You look amazing! Wow
How long until you started working out again? I'm wondering if it's OK to get back to hot yoga on day 3 (not sure if avoiding exercise/sweating is more about personal discomfort or if it impacts results)
It was at least 2 weeks I believe
Don't think the results are worth the pain. You looked great even before the treatment.
She did look great even before the treatment.
@@chrishnah I did a laser treatment too and a lot of people around me got really judgmental about it saying that didn't need it, that some people had a worst skin condition than me that my skin looked fine. And it really annoyed me to be honest, i hated my skin (which i think is simillar to Jillian) but now i'm glad i did it and that didn't let other people's opinion influence my choice.
@@sarah854r4h I had a laser treatment and while my skin needed help in some areas and did improve in those areas I also had a ton of volume loss. If they were trying to dissuade you it wasn't out of malice. Many beautiful women can take it too far. It sounds like you made the right choice. I'm glad it worked for you, but it's good to always be aware of the risks.
@@sarah854r4h Yeah. The vanity quotient is the metric for the overwhelming majority of cases. The rest likely have some scarring more serious actual conditions to opt for such dangerous and questionable treatment. Since 30 years ago this was not a treatment, we don't actually know if it is something that will cause an uptick in skin cancers, and of course manufacturers of the equipment are the only ones responsible for providing "science" proving safety.
@@chrishnah you had volume loss from only 1 laser treatment? That’s terrible. I only hear of that happening with people who get multiple too often.
Did you gentle wash your face and use your fingers to get some of it off? I have so much dead skin that’s like hanging on by a thread and I splash the water up to my face, but it still doesn’t come off. By day 4-5, did you let the water stream from the shower head hit your face?
Ya I would gently use my fingers not to pick, but just to kind of scrub it off. But it’s better to leave it on longer so it can heal properly! No matter how annoying it is. I know lol
Use some ambi lightening cream on the little spots. Also tca peels r good
I had good success with a lightening cream such as hydroquinone on my spots on my face.
Did you guys take antibiotics after the treatment!? Because it’s been 4 days now since I’ve had the halo treatment and I’m wondering if I need to take them that they prescribed.
No I didn't! Wasnt prescribed any. How are you feeling?
Can you describe the difference in pain and results with the IPL vs Halo (I found the zapping of the IPL to be intolerable) also where did you get your brows done? Thanks!
jennifer merten I would like to know the answer to this too as well😊
I’ve done a lot of IPL- just did Halo with complete (cream and injections) numbing- I could tell HALO was more intense- my doctor highly recommends nerve block injections for HALO. My skin was more red and significantly more swollen 24 hrs after Halo compared to IPL.
Hey Jillian,
Loved the before and after Halo video. I have been doing IPL one month then a A little stronger one called the Genesis or I think 1060. I rotated each month for four sessions for each item and had a couple micro blade near the end. I have good skin tone and texture not a lot of pigmentation issues but I wanted them to be able to go deeper to help tighten and produce more collagen so a halo was suggested. I’m actually going to have my chest my neck and face done at the same time. I originally start out with a Phenol Peel and that was $3,000 and down time was about 1.5 weeks but the results were fabulous! So then that’s when I started adding the laser so this year should be focusing on my neck and face maintenance.
Where did you get your pheno peel for $3,000 I am wanting one
Are you planning on doing bbl? I would love to hear how that goes if you do!
Cecilia Cirrincione I had bbl done and sorry I did my skin is so dry it looks worst then it did before I got it done and it’s been 5 months
Looking into this and the dr mentioned sedation but i couldnt find any reviews online of anyone who did this with a sedative and how much you feel. Any info you can provide on what you read online?
No I never did it so can't speak to it!
I wonder if its cheaper in the U.S
Hi. Thanks for sharing your experience. I have halo laser treatment scheduled in 4 days and are super nervous. Currently, I have some active breakouts and I’m not sure if I can still receive the treatment. I wanted to ask since I wasn’t sure if the 2 scars around your mouth was an active acne or just acne scars. TIA!
Hi! They were not active breakouts, so I'm not sure! I would definitely call and ask ahead!
@@JillianLansky thank you! How long did the breakout after laser took to resolve if you remember?
Great video! What is your nail polish Colour ?
What is the best non invasive procedure to help with tightening skin?
Jason Lewis prescription TriLuma cream; it’s expensive but less so than a procedure. And can be quite effective after 3 months of use; like all procedures and creams, it’s not permanent- sun exposure much be limited going forward.
I heard HALO is a hybrid of fraxel and another laser so I was surprised you said the down time was less. I would be interested to know if any men you know have gotten it done. I have sun damage, fine lines and some pigmentation I'm looking at getting help with but I am worried about thinning of the skin, the potential for making my skin super sensitive to sun and the possibility of some beard hair not growing back.
Hi! So it’s a combination of ablative and non-ablative wavelengths. I’ve never had fraxel so can’t compare but I’ve been told that the downtime is much less
And I don’t know if any men who have gotten it sorry! But I’m sure a dermatologist could answer those questions
I have just had the Halo but I’m going back in four weeks for a BBL treatment.
How was it?
Hi , after you Treatment Have you used any creams? Or Any sunscreen?
Yes, a thick cream that they gave me and sunscreen every day. I also stayed out of the sun for a week.
xx Jill
girl why did you put on makeup on day 2?!!
Halo is it the same as Active FX treatment? Do you mind sharing the cost of your treatment and the name of your doctor?
Never mind I just heard the price! Thanks for your info
that was awesome!
damn this is soo scaring..shit i wanna do the laser staff bt am scared as hell
Wait...you paid how much? I had Halo this morning, and paid $600. Where did you pay almost 2 thousand?
How does the dark spots return if you don’t keep up w/ the Halo treatments in the future?
They can return, although if you stay out of the sun it helps... they say to upkeep with the treatment every few years
Helpful vlog! She says on day 7-“ I don’t know why I’m so red today..” then later says “Today is the first day since Halo that I used my Clarisonic brush...”. I’m on day three of healing from Halo... with almost identical looking results as this vlog. I had both numbing cream and full needle injection numbing (like you get for dental work, but for my entire face)- so I was almost completely numb for three hours (couldn’t move my mouth) and the procedure itself was pretty painless. Afterwards- over the counter meds weren’t cutting it - so I took a hydrocodone for the hot skin pain to sleep- and then all pain was gone the next morning- didn’t need anything else. I was advised to not wear makeup or workout for a week- and I’m aiming for that - just sunscreen - but not much outdoor time anyway- taking easy walks at night.
I bought two HALO (BBL) session for $1000 (on special) at a fancy Plastic Surgeon’s office- so includes any numbing, pain blocks, laughing gas. My doctor says besides clearer skin- that the big plus is MAINTAINING collagen and texture. Hope this input helps others. This vlog helped me. Btw- I had very very disappointing experience with VBeam laser- not worth it at all.
I love this shit. all about those treatments
Do you have lip filler? It looks really good
No, these are my natural lips!
Do you have sensitive skin? I want to get this done so badly to remove acne scarring, but I am so scared because my skin is super sensitive.
Mine is pretty sensitive! I would go in for a consult and see what the experts say!
I just did this treatment yesterday and like you said in your video, I was NOT prepared for the pain. I sobbed in the doctors office after because I was in so much pain. So if you’re reading this and considering it, that pain is excruciating. I don’t think I would’ve done it if I knew just how painful it would be.
I’m swollen and puffy today, so I’ve watched your video a few times to make myself feel better about the healing process. Looking forward to seeing if the pain was worth it!
Anna Fryxell - did they put numbing cream on your face ahead of time or give you any kind of medication?
@@CasuallyObservant yes they put numbing cream. I didn't know I had the option of getting medication until I arrived for my treatment. But I drove myself, so that wasn't an option anymore. My face is finally looking normal and I do really love the results! I still don't know if I'd do it again. But I'd be curious to know if the treatment was more tolerable with pain killers.
@@AnnaFryxell - Thanks Anna. Can you repost here in a couple of weeks and do a follow-up? I especially want to know how long your true downtime was, and what exactly it improved in your own opinion and any advise or pointers you may have for the rest of us.
